Start-up
Mounting the Lamp
Note: Remove all packaging material from the product. Use a clean, lint-free, dry cloth to insert the illuminant. Screw the illuminant clockwise into the lamp fixture. Place the lamp glass slightly askew on the lamp stand and carefully slide the first clamp into the lamp glass. Carefully push the lamp glass to the side until you can insert the second clamp into the lamp glass. Now slide the lamp glass as far as possible towards the third clamp. Carefully press the last clamp into the lamp glass by slightly lifting it. Slide the lamp glass into the correct position. Make sure that it is positioned correctly. Plug the power plug into a properly installed socket. Your lamp is now ready to use.
Switching On/Off the Light Fixture
Switch the lamp on and off by touching the lamp stand.
Dimming the Lamp
Note: The lamp can only be dimmed with the supplied illuminant. To dim the illuminant, briefly touch the lamp stand several times. With each touch of the dimmer, the lamp briefly turns off. The lamp switches to the next dimming stage.
Changing the Light Bulb
Switch the lamp off. Warning! Risk of Electric Shock! Pull the power plug out of the socket. Caution! Danger of Burns Due to Hot Surfaces! Allow the light to cool completely. Carefully pull the lamp glass off the lamp stand. Make sure that the clamps slide slowly out of the lamp glass. Use a clean, lint-free, dry cloth to change the illuminant. Unscrew the defective illuminant counter-clockwise from the lamp fixture. Screw a new illuminant that is compliant with the technical data clockwise into the lamp fixture. Carefully push the lamp glass over the clamps. Make sure that all clamps are located on the inside of the lamp glass. Proceed as described in section Mounting the Lamp. Let the lamp glass carefully slide onto the lamp stand. Make sure that it is positioned correctly. Plug the power plug into a properly installed socket. Your lamp is now ready to use.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Switch the lamp off.

They could damage the light. Only use a dry, lint-free cloth for cleaning. Plug the power plug into a properly installed socket.
Disposal
The product including accessories and packaging materials can be recycled and are subject to an extended obligation of the manufacturer. Dispose of these separately in accordance with the depicted info-tri (sorting information) for better waste management. The Triman logo is only valid in France. To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can be obtained from your local authority.

You receive a 36-month warranty on this product, valid from the date of purchase. The appliance has been carefully produced under strict quality control. Within the warranty period, we shall rectify without charge all material and manufacturing defects. Wear parts (such as bulbs) and damage caused by improper handling, non-observance of the operating instructions or unauthorised interference are excluded from the warranty. Avoid the risk of fatal injury from electric shock
- Always check the light, power supply, and mains cable for damage before plugging it in. Never use the light if it shows any signs of damage.
- A damaged mains cable indicates a life-threatening danger due to electric shock. In the event of damage, repairs or other problems with the light please contact the service centre or a qualified electrician.
- Ensure that the light does not come into contact with water or other liquids under any circumstances.
- Never open any of the components of the electrical equipment or insert any objects into the same components. This will pose a risk of fatal injury from electric shock.
- Only hold the insulated section of the power plug when connecting to or disconnecting from the mains current!
- To avoid hazards, a damaged external flexible cable of this lamp may only be replaced by the manufacturer, their service representative or a comparable specialist.
- Before use, make sure that the available mains voltage matches the required operating voltage of the lamp (see “Technical data”).
- Always pull the power cable out of the socket before assembling, dismantling or cleaning the lamp or if you are not going to use the lamp for a while.
- Do not place the lamp on a damp or conductive surface.
Lamp – use only in a dry environment.
Not suitable for external dimmers or electronic switches.- In the event of strong mains-borne disturbances through high-frequency fields, the touch switch might fail briefly.
- If the lamp is equipped with a 3-stage dimmable illuminant, faulty activation may occur, which can impair the brightness of the illuminant.
Safe working
- Place the lamp in a location where it is protected from moisture and dirt.
- Always be attentive! Always pay attention to what you are doing and use common sense. Never install the light if you are having difficulty concentrating or do not feel well.
- Do not cover the lamp with objects. Excess heat development can lead to a fire.
- The power cable is not a carrier handle.
- Do not look into the illuminant at a close distance during operation.
- Do not look at the LED with an optical instrument (e.g. magnifying glass).
- Remove the power plug from the socket to disconnect the lamp from the power supply.
- Only use the type of illuminant stated in the “Technical data” section.

Start-up
Mounting the lamp
- Note: Remove all packaging material from the product.

- Screw the illuminant 2 clockwise into the lamp fixture 3.
- Place the lamp glass 1 slightly askew on the lamp stand 6 and carefully slide the first clamp 4 into the lamp glass 1.
- Carefully push the lamp glass 1 to the side until you can insert the second clamp 4 into the lamp glass 1.
- Now slide the lamp glass 1 as far as possible towards the third clamp 4.
- Carefully press the last clamp 4 into the lamp glass 1 by slightly lifting it.
- Slide the lamp glass 1 into the correct position.
- Make sure that it is positioned correctly.
- Plug the power plug 5 into a properly installed socket.
- Your lamp is now ready to use.

Dimming the lamp

To dim the illuminant 2 , briefly touch the lamp stand 6 several times. With each touch of the dimmer, the lamp briefly turns off. The lamp switches to the next dimming stage.

Allow the light to cool completely.
- Carefully pull the lamp glass 1 off the lamp stand 6 .
Make sure that the clamps 4 slide slowly out of the lamp glass 1 . - Use a clean, lint-free, dry cloth to change the illuminant 2 .
- Unscrew the defective illuminant 2 counter-clockwise from the lamp fixture 3 .
- Screw a new illuminant that is compliant with the technical data clockwise into the lamp fixture 3 .
- Carefully push the lamp glass 1 over the clamps 4 . Make sure that all clamps 4 are located on the inside of the lamp glass 1 . Proceed as described in section “Mounting the lamp”.
- Let the lamp glass 1 carefully slide onto the lamp stand 6 .
- Make sure that it is positioned correctly.
- Plug the power plug 5 into a properly installed socket.
Your lamp is now ready to use.
