Product Usage Instructions
1. Downloading the Bafang Go+ App
Open the installed Bafang Go+ app and carefully go through the
introduction screens. Make sure to allow the Bafang Go+ app access
to your location for navigation purposes and activate your
Bluetooth for later connection with your eBike.
2. Homescreen
Explore the features available on the homescreen of the Bafang
Go+ app.
3. Connecting Your eBike
Follow the instructions to connect your eBike to the app via
Bluetooth. Ensure your phone is within 1m of the bike for optimal
connection.
The navigation feature in the app allows you to:
- View the route to your destination
- Check trip duration, biking speed, and riding mode
- Monitor heart rate and remaining battery percentage
- View safety lighting status
You can pause and modify your trip at any time. Remember to
focus on safe biking practices and avoid using your phone while
riding.

Q. The app crashes or doesn’t open
If the app is not working, ensure it is up to date. Some Samsung
phones may have extra security features that need adjustment.
Q. My bike is not showing up when trying to connect via
Bluetooth
To connect your bike, make sure your phone is near the eBike
(within 1m) and check the app’s permissions for Bluetooth and
location access.

01. Download the Bafang Go+ app
Open the installed Bafang Go+ app and carefully go through the introduction screens. Make sure to allow the Bafang Go+ app access to your location for navigation purposes, as well as activate your Bluetooth, whcih will be required later on to connect with your eBike. 02. Homescreen
The homescreen contains the following informatio-n: 1. Battery status: Shows an estimate of the available battery percentage. 2. Range: Shows an estimate of the range you could travel with the remaining battery life. 3. ODO: Displays the total distance travelled by the connected eBike. 4. Riding modes 5. Bluetooth status: Shows the status of connectivity, wether or not an eBike is connected to your profile at the moment. 6. Lighting: Shows wether or not the safety lights of your bike are turned on or off. 7. Tab bar: Allows to quickly havigate between the homepage, navigation page, activities, and settings sections of the app.

03. Connecting your eBike
1. To connect your eBike, go to Settings and click on the eBike icon. 2. On the following screen, select the add vehicle option by clicking on the “+” icon at the top right. The screen seen on the right will appear. 3. Turn your eBike on, so that it becomes discoverable by your phone through Bluetooth. 4. Once the eBike is turned on, click the “Bluetooth binding” button and your eBike will appear as available to connect. 5. Select your eBike, allow it to be remembered by the app, and customise it’s name and properties.

04. Navigation
Integrated navigation in the Bafang Go+ app is a new
feature. At the navigation page, you can track the
following:
1. Navigation: the interface shows you the route you
should follow to arrive at a destination pre-defined by
you
2. Duration of the trip in distance and time

3. Biking speed and riding mode
4. Heart rate monitoring
5. Remaining battery percentage
6. Safety lighting status
You can pause and change the trip at any time. –
Make sure to drive safely and attentively and not type on your phone while biking.
