Troubleshooting
- No/incorrect lighting effects: Confirm you are using addressable RGB pixels that match the supported ICs (WS2811, WS2812B) and use TTL/SPI signaling.
- Controller not responding to the remote: Check that you are within the RF remote range (approximately 20 meters).
- Effects are unstable or not working as expected: Verify the input voltage is DC 5–24V and that the operating temperature is within -20°C to 60°C.
- Pixels not lighting fully: Ensure the total number of pixels does not exceed the controller’s capacity (up to 2048 pixels).
- Using wrong LED type: The controller is not designed for constant voltage PWM LEDs; switch to compatible addressable pixels.
