Microphone OFF button

Light ring
The color of the light ring indicates what Echo Plus is doing. When the light ring is blue, Echo Plus is ready for your requests.
Volume ring
Turn the dial clockwise to increase the volume. The light ring as the volume increases.

Plug in your Echo Plus

Plug the power adapter into Echo Plus and then into a power outlet. You must use the items included in the original Echo Plus package for optimal performance. Download the Alexa App from the app store.
The app helps you get more out of your Echo Plus. It’s where you see an overview of your requests and manage your contacts, lists, news, music, and settings.
You can also start the setup process from your computer browser at https://alexa.amazon.com.
If the setup process does not automatically start, go to Settings > Set up a new device.
During setup, you will connect your Echo Plus to the Internet, so you can access Amazon services. Please make sure you have your Wi-Fi password.
