Getting started
- Remove the protective film from the display.
- Open the battery compartment by pressing the notch with your thumb and lifting the lid. Insert a new battery (1.5 V AAA), polarity as indicated.
- An acoustic signal sounds, and all LCD segments will be displayed for a short moment.
- Close the battery compartment again. The device is ready for use.
Operation
Press and hold the START/STOP button for 3 seconds to toggle between:
- clock mode
- timer mode
Clock
- After inserting the battery, the clock symbol and the time (12:00) appear. Press the M button in clock mode to choose between a 24- and 12 HR system. To set the time, press and hold the M (or S) button until the display starts to flash.
- Press the M button to set the hours and the S button to set the minutes. Press and hold the buttons for quick setting.
- Confirm with the START/STOP button.
Timer
- Press and hold the START/STOP button to switch to timer mode. The timer symbol appears on the display.
- Press the M button to set the minutes and the S button to set the seconds (up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds). Press and hold the buttons for quick setting.
- Press the START/STOP button to start the count-down process
- When the timer counted down to zero, the alarm started to ring for 30 seconds,s and the display flashed.
- Press any button and the alarm will stop.
- The last adjusted time setting appears on the display.
- Press the M and S buttons at the same time to reset the timer.
Stopwatch
In timer mode, press the START/STOP button (display 00:00) to start the count-up process. With the START/STOP button, you can stop and restart the counting.
Attachment
- For the able-bodied, fold out the support.
- Use the two magnets at the back of the instrument for placement on metal surfaces.
- Optional: Pull a lanvard through the evelet on the device.

Waste disposal
