Modifications and Maintenance

- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver to prevent interference.
- Connect the equipment to a different circuit than the receiver.
- Consult the dealer or a qualified radio/TV technician for assistance.

- Do not connect any device that may exceed the maximum ratings of the timer.
- Suitable for outdoor locations. Not water immersion.
- Plug directly into a GFCI electrical outlet.
- Do not disassemble or repair the product, but only by authorized service personnel.
- Always unplug and store indoors when not in use.
- Children are not allowed to use the timer without supervision.
- To prevent children from suffocation and choking, keep them away from packaging materials.
Installation
As shown in the figure, connect the three sections. Be sure to firmly tighten the stake to the body before installing it into the ground.
Tips:
- If the ground is too hard to insert the stake, digging a hole that matches the stake with a hard object will be perfect.
- Insert the stake 6 inches into the ground.

Operating Instructions
Control by Receiver
Press the select button to choose a ifferent timer mode. The indicator will show the current timer setting.
Control by Remote
- Press the ON or OFF button to turn the receiver power ON or OFF.
- Press button 2H, 4H, 6H, 1 OH, or 8H to turn on the receiver when sensing dusk, then off after that specific hour you selected. The power will be turned ON daily.
- Press (dusk-to-dawn), the receiver will turn ON when sensing dusk and off at dawn.
NOTE:
- Once programming activates at dusk in the 2Hrs, 4Hrs, 6Hrs, 8Hrs, or 10Hrs mode, the program cycle will complete before the timer resets. Headlights, porch lights, street lamps, and other external lighting sources will not interfere with the active timer program.
- In the dusk-to-dawn mode, temporary light sources like headlights, porch lights, and other external light sources will not interfere with the photocell function unless the external light source is on for more than 15 minutes. In that case, the timer will shut off until darkness is restored.
- When set to “ON”, the timer will provide continual power to attached devices until the timer is switched to “OFF”, or to any of the other operating modes
- Position the yard stake away from other light sources. If it is too close to other light sources, or if the photocell is facing a light source other than the sun(such as a porch light or street lamp), the yard stake may shut off outside of the timer setting you chose. If this happens, relocate the yard stake or eliminate other light sources. Keep yard stake and power cord out of common walkways to prevent tripping.
CAUTION
Risk of Fire. Not for permanent installation. Use only with outdoor equipment, Christmas trees, or other seasonal decorative-lighting products having a total of 15 amperes maximum. Do not install or use this product for more than 90 days.If using Christmas tree or decorative-lighting products that are not marked with an ampere rating, connect no more than 140 screw-base lamps(C7 or C9)or 12strings with midget (push-in) lamps to this cord set.*Cord sets shall be plugged into a GFCl-protected receptacle. If using an outdoor-use cord set for an extended period of time (greater than 90 days), please consider hard-wiring a permanent outdoor-use receptacle rated for year-round use in the area where power is needed.Please contact a Licensed electrician for proper installation of permanent wirwiringter completion of installation, the connector shall be maintained a minimum of 6 inches above ground. BatteryReplacement.
If you find the receiver works abnormally or the indicator on the remote transmitter becomes dim, please remove the spent battery and install a new 12V 23A battery, matching the polarity correctly.
