On first start up you will be asked to connect to the internet. Connecting your machine to the internet ensures you have the latest version of the software and any available software updates will download automatically, this could include new activities, themed activities and bug fixes.
When you choose connect to the Wi-Fi it will ask you to enter your network password .

Interactive activities will automatically play and will continue to play until you press the home key on the black remote

Editor Portal

With your unit or room, you will have been provided with a laminated sheet containing the username and password for your Cloud Editor To access the Cloud Editor visit www.touchthefuture.co.uk and login with the details provided.
If you have lost these details or have any problems logging on, then please call 01283 551551. (Office hours Mon Fri 9am 5pm)
When in the Editor, you can create new activities and profiles as well as import your own images, videos and sounds

IOS or Android App
Download the app via the google play store or the apple store

Access your online editor portal via www.touchthefuture.co.uk you will have been provided a user name and password on a laminated sheet. If you cant locate this please call 01283 551551 or email support@integrex.co.uk

Once in the editor access the admin screen, find your machine in the list and press the i button on the right hand side.
A pop up box will appear. Press the view link code and a QR code will pop up.
Open the Imaginate app on your device and scan the QR code. Make sure you room or mobile interactive projection unit is turned on and connected to the internet.

This will now allow you to control the software in your room or on you interactive projection unit via the device you downloaded the APP onto, you can choose an instant play activity or select a profile. If you have an Immersive Room you can control the Hardware such as Lighting and Aromatherapy from within the App.

Create a folder on a USB memory stick
Create a folder on a USB memory stick and make sure you give it a descriptive name for easier identification when using the images later

Compile a collection of your preferred images

Gather a set of your favourite images for use in your customised activities. Make certain that these images are relevant to the activities you are designing, adding these images to the appropriate folder on the USB memory stick.

Begin the instant Activity Wizard Journey
Insert the prepared USB Memory Stick into an accessible USB port on the device.

This immediately assembles a range of activities using your images, resulting in a genuinely personalized and immersive experience.

Start your activity
Pick one of the numerous personalized activates by exploring the list

Navigate through your personalized activities
Simply Navigate through your images by using the left or Right arrow buttons on the remote control

Turning off the system

Press the home button on the remote
Choose the Settings section on the welcome screen
Select the Shutdown option within here and this will shutdown the software as well as the mobile unit or the room pc and projectors

You will be provided with a username and password to access your personalized portal

Measured Outcomes

Once inside the portal, you can start to add each user via the add new button.

It will ask you to type in the user’s name, once all users are entered into the portal we can start to use the tracking capabilities of the Well Being Suite.

To allow the system to track an individual you will need to seat them at the table within the Software. If you press the button on the remote with the four lines, it will bring up a box to allow you to seat a user or multiple users. When seating a user, it will ask for a well being score at the beginning of the session, it will ask again at the end and this can be selected via the OK button on the remote, the user or caregiver can make this assessment. This allows for the system to track wellbeing scores at the beginning of a session and at the end.
