Product Usage Instructions

• Step 1: Loosening the Key:
  • Loosen the key by prying all four corners gently with the spudger. Ensure the keyboard is unplugged before proceeding.
• Step 2: Removing the Key:
  • Wedge the spudger under the bottom of the key and carefully lift up until the key pops loose. If resistance is encountered, repeat step one.
• Step 3: Cleaning Contaminants:
  • Use tweezers to remove any contaminants obstructing key movement. Be cautious not to damage the actual button.
• Step 4: Cleaning Keys:
  • Clean your keys with compressed air by blowing around the removed key.

Step 1: Individual Keys

• Loosen the key by prying all four corners gently with your spudger.

Warning

• Make sure your keyboard is unplugged before performing any of these steps.

Step 2

• Wedge the tip of the spudger under the bottom of the key and carefully lift up until the key pops loose.

If the key will not come out, or seems like too much force is needed, try step one again.

Step 3

• Use tweezers to remove any contaminants that were preventing the key from being pressed down from the now open hole on your keyboard.

Warning

• Do not to grab the actual button, as breaking that could damage your keyboard permanently.

Step 4

• Clean your keys with compressed air by blowing around the removed key.

Step 5

• Push in the clean keys until you hear a popping sound.
• The keys should click in easily, so if you are having trouble try realigning the key with its hole.

If you removed multiple keys, make sure they are in their proper spot and orientation.
