GO SWIM FV User and Fitting

WARNING: WILL NOT PROTECT AGAINST DROWNING USE ONLY UNDER CONSTANT SUPERVISION NOT FOR USE IN BOATING. CHILDREN SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN ARMS REACH AT ALL TIMES AND ACCOMPANIED IN THE WATER BY A COMPETENT ADULT.

Instructions

Fitting: Please ensure that the Swim Jacket is a snug fit to ensure correct fitting. Place the wearer’s arms through the armholes of the device, secure zipper at the bottom of the zip and pull zip to the top. Cover the top of zip with a velcro zip retainer. Pull the support strap from behind, between the legs, and clip. You can change the fit by using the side buckle adjuster.

Removal: Release the support strap buckle. Undo the velcro zip retainer, pull the zip to the bottom of the zip, and release the zip. Remove both arms.
Ensuring a correct fit: Please ensure that the age, size, and weight of the wearer correspond to the recommended age guide and weight of the Swim Jacket. The Swim Jacket should be snug fit to the wearer’s torso.

Suitability: The wearer of this product should be able to move their arms and kick their legs in a coordinated manner. Please allow the wearer time to get used to the type of buoyancy provided by the Swim Jacket product. Arm and leg movement is essential. Hold the wearer’s hands while learning to use the Swim Jacket. Never leave a child unattended in or near water.
Wear and Tear: Before use check fabric and foam materials for signs of age or damage. If floats or fabric are damaged replace the product immediately.

Care Instructions: Rinse in cold clean water after use. Hang to dry out of direct sunlight. The Swim Jacket should not be bitten or chewed by the wearer as pieces that may be bitten off/torn from/come away from the material may cause a choking hazard.
Storage and maintenance: After the product has dried please keep in a warm, dry location out of direct sunlight. Do not store while still damp.

Washing Instructions: May be washed at 30 degrees Celsius. Remove foam floats before washing. Do not tumble dry.
