Do I need to make changes in the device settings for enabling VoLTE?
Yes. You need to turn on VoLTE. To find out if VoLTE is on, go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Enable LTE. If Voice & Data is off, tap it to turn on VoLTE
