How to Identify Parts

The vacuum cleaner consists of the following main parts:

  • Hand vacuum unit with: Power button, Suction control button, LED display, Charging port, One-click dust cup release, Cyclone assembly (inside dust cup), Easy rest hook, Release button for hand vacuum.
  • Wand
  • Motorized floor nozzle with: Release button for floor nozzle, Brushroll.
  • Accessories: Crevice tool, 2-in-1 upholstery tool.
  • Wall mount with: Cord clip.
  • Charger.

For filter maintenance instructions, refer to the cyclone assembly and filters.

Operation Guide

How to Assemble Machine

  1. Slide wand onto hand vacuum until it clicks.
  2. Push wand into motorized floor nozzle until it clicks.

How to Charge Battery

  1. Place the assembled vacuum cleaner on the wall mount.
  2. Plug the charger into a power outlet and then into the charger port on the handle.
  3. Loop the charger cord into the clips on the wall mount.
  4. The battery charge level is indicated on the LED display on the handle. Segments decrease clockwise as the battery drains.
  5. Indicator lights stop blinking when fully charged.
  6. Charge the battery fully before first use (may take up to six hours).

How to Install Wall Mount

  1. Choose a location near a power outlet, high enough for the wand and nozzle to hang freely.
  2. Place the mount against the wall and mark drill holes.
  3. Drill holes (using a 1/4” bit) and insert drywall anchors. Insert screws through the mount holes and tighten until firmly attached.

How to Use Cleaner

For Cleaning Floors

  1. Press the power button once to start. The vacuum uses the last used suction and brushroll mode. Use Low/High suction control and Hard Floor/Carpet (brushroll off/on) buttons to optimize cleaning based on the surface.
  2. Using the motorized floor nozzle, glide back and forth. Avoid oversized or sharp items.
  3. Twist wrist to engage swivel function.
  4. Press the power button once to stop the motor.

How to Use Vacuum and Accessories

  1. To use without tools, press the release button and remove the wand. Collect debris directly with the hand vacuum nozzle.
  2. To use tools with the wand, press the release button to remove the motorized floor nozzle. Slide the tool onto the end of the wand until it clicks.
  3. To use tools with the hand vacuum only, press the release button to remove the wand. Slide the tool onto the hand vacuum until it clicks.
  4. 2-in-1 Upholstery Tool: Use the brush for blinds, vents, or upholstered surfaces. Use the felt portion for delicate surfaces. Press the thumb release to switch between felt and brush portions and slide the brush up or down.

How to Use Hand Vacuum and Floor Nozzle

Ideal for Cleaning Stairs

  1. Press the release button to remove the wand from the hand vacuum. Attach the motorized floor nozzle directly to the hand vacuum until it clicks.
  2. Click the power button once to start. The vacuum starts in medium mode. Use the mode button to switch between modes depending on desired suction power.

How to Empty Dust Cup

  1. Press and squeeze the buttons on both sides of the handle simultaneously to release and remove the dust cup.
  2. Press the lever to release the bottom lid of the dust cup to empty debris.
  3. To replace the dust cup, angle it forward so the lower hook catches in the slot, then gently push it back towards the wand until it clicks into place.

How to Maintain Your Vacuum Cleaner

Dust Cup - Empty after each use

  1. Press and squeeze the buttons on both sides of the handle simultaneously to release and remove the dust cup.
  2. Press the lever to release the bottom lid of the dust cup to empty debris.

Washable Dust Cup Filter - Clean Monthly

  1. Press and squeeze the buttons on both sides of the handle simultaneously to release and remove the dust cup.
  2. Lift out the pre-motor filter and shake off dust frequently. Rinse the filter and dry thoroughly every three months.

Washable Post-Motor Filter - Clean Every 6 Months

  1. Twist the filter cover and remove.
  2. Lift out the post-motor filter.
  3. Shake to remove dust.
  4. Replace the filter every 6 months, or rinse and dry thoroughly.
  5. Reposition the filter and cover and twist to lock.

How to Maintain Brushroll

Caution: To avoid unnecessary service calls, periodically check the brushroll for debris. If clogged, it will shut off automatically. Turn off and unplug the vacuum before attempting to remove a clog.

Clean the brushroll frequently or when the brushroll indicator light turns red.

  1. Turn the motorized floor nozzle upside down. Use scissors or a knife to cut strings and threads.
  2. If debris cannot be removed easily, remove the retainer clip to access the brushroll. Use a flathead screwdriver or coin to turn the screw to the 'unlock' position.
  3. Remove the retainer clip and lift out the brushroll to clean and remove debris.
  4. To reassemble: Align one end of the brushroll with the floor nozzle gear. Press the other end into the slot. Hook the retainer clip under the tab and press down. Insert the screw and turn to the 'lock' position.

Troubleshooting

Caution: Ensure the vacuum cleaner is off and the charging plug is unplugged.

Notice: Thermal Cut-off

This vacuum cleaner has a special thermostat that protects it in case of motor overheating. If the vacuum suddenly shuts off, proceed as follows:

  1. Check the vacuum for potential overheating sources such as a full dust cup, blocked wand, or clogged filters. If found, fix them and wait at least 30 minutes before attempting to use the vacuum again.
  2. After the 30-minute period, press the power button.
Problem Solution
Motor will not start
  • Ensure the cleaner is fully powered.
  • Plug the charger securely into the electrical outlet, try another outlet, or check the circuit breaker.
  • Refer to the detailed "thermal cut-off" instructions above.
Charging indicator lights are not lit while charging
  • Ensure the charger is securely inserted into the electrical outlet.
  • Ensure the charging plug is securely inserted into the handle.
  • Indicator lights stop blinking when fully charged.
Not enough suction power
  • Empty the dust cup and clean or change filters. See page 9 for maintenance instructions.
  • Ensure the cleaner is fully powered. Charge the battery.
  • Remove clogs that restrict airflow.
Not enough running time
  • Ensure the cleaner is fully powered. Charge the battery for up to six hours before using.
Brushroll will not turn
  • Check the brushroll for debris. See page 9 for maintenance instructions.

Correct Disposal of This Product

Discarding the vacuum and battery pack

Before discarding this vacuum, dispose of the battery in an environmentally safe manner. Do not discard the battery with your regular household trash.

To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmentally safe recycling.

Caution:

  1. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
  2. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
