Getting Started with the Nous Smart Home App

To set up your Nous Smart Camera, you will need the Nous Smart Home App. You can download it by scanning the provided QR code or via a direct link.

App Download QR Code: A QR code is displayed for downloading the Nous Smart Home App. Below it, text instructs users to scan the QR code or download from a direct link. Registration is required via mobile number/e-mail.

Follow the on-screen prompts to register or log in to your Nous account. If you are not yet registered, please create an account using your mobile number or e-mail address.

Device Setup and Wi-Fi Connection

Follow these steps to add your smart camera to the app:

• Ensure the device is powered on.
• Open the Nous Smart app on your mobile device.
• Tap the "[Add icon]" or "+" icon, typically located in the top right corner of the app interface.
• From the "Add Device" screen, select "Smart Camera" under the "Device type" category.
• Verify that the device's indicator light is flashing quickly. If it is not, press and hold the reset button for approximately 5 seconds until the camera resets and the indicator begins flashing.
• Tap "Next step" in the app.

Wi-Fi Configuration:

• Enter your Wi-Fi password for your 2.4GHz network and tap "Confirm". Please note that only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks are supported for connection.
• After confirming, tap "Continue". Your mobile phone will then display a QR code.
• Position your mobile phone with the QR code 15 to 20 cm in front of the camera. Hold it steady until the camera successfully scans the code.
• Once you hear a beep from the camera, tap the "Heard the beep" button in the app. The camera will then begin its connection process.

Accessing Your Camera Feed

Upon successful connection, you will be prompted to choose a name for your device. Tap "Done" to view the live stream.

For desktop access, navigate to the following website: https://ipc-eu.ismartlife.me/login.

Desktop Login QR Code: A QR code is displayed on the website for login. Scan this QR code using the Nous Smart Home App to watch the live feed from your IP camera on your desktop computer.

Navigating the Nous Smart Home App

The Nous Smart Home App provides various management and access features:

• Access the "Me" tab to manage your account and settings.
• Within the app, you can find options for "Family Management", "Message Center", "Help Center", and "My Store".
• The "QR Scanner" function is also available within the app for scanning codes.
