Assembly and User Manual

Installation Instructions
Step 1: Loosen and Eject Nut
Rotate the red plastic wrench at the indicated position counterclockwise to loosen it, then push in the direction of the arrow [arrow] to eject the nut on the other side from the slide slot.

Step 2: Extend Support Rod
Extend the support rod in the direction of the arrow [arrow].

Step 3: Tighten Nut
Pull the red plastic wrench at the indicated position, ensure the nut side aligns and enters the slot, then rotate the wrench clockwise to tighten.

Step 4: Adjust Wheel Holders
Adjust the Wheel Holder's position as shown in the diagram, ensuring it is positioned on the left and right sides.

Step 5: Install Connecting Block
Install the Connecting Block (2), then press the button to adjust the position up or down. Note: When installing the connecting block, the button must be placed in the sawtooth [sawtooth] position, otherwise it cannot be fixed.

Step 6: Insert into Vehicle Receiver
Insert the Bike Rack into the vehicle's 2" receiver, then insert the pin to secure it.

Folding Steps
Step 1: Fold Tire Bracket
The tire bracket can be folded when the frame is unloaded. Warning: Please ensure it is locked, otherwise it may cause product damage or even affect personal safety.

How to Use the Strap
Step 1: Secure Wheels
Use the strap to secure the wheel to the rear support rod of the tire bracket to ensure the tire is firmly fastened during transit. Place the tire into the tire bracket and secure both the front and rear wheels with the strap.

Warning: The connecting block can only be fixed on the top tube or seat tube of the bicycle. It is prohibited to attach it to the down tube or any other position, as this may cause product damage or even pose a safety risk.
Bike Installation Instructions
Place the tire into the tire bracket and secure both the front and rear wheels with the strap.

Correct Installation: Bikes are mounted securely, with wheels and frame properly attached.

Warnings
- Do not overload beyond the bike rack's weight capacity of 150lbs.
- Do not carry more than 2 bikes on the carrier.
- The bike rack is not intended for transporting humans or animals.
- If planning to load only one bike, place it in the position closest to the vehicle.
- All bikes must be secured properly before operating the vehicle.
- Ensure the front of the bike(s), when mounted, are at or above the bottom of the bumper to avoid damage.
- Do not carry flammable items on the bike rack.
- If transporting electric bikes, remove the batteries prior to transport to reduce carrier weight.
- During long trips, frequently check straps and bike position, especially on rough terrain.
- Do not make alterations to the product.
- Failure to heed warnings may result in personal injury and/or property damage.
- Inspect the bike rack for wear, corrosion, and fatigue before each use. Do not use if parts are bent, broken, deformed, or missing.
CRAVOT Warranty Policy
CRAVOT provides a Limited Warranty for its products. This product is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The duration of the warranty varies based on the product category and manufacturing standards. Specific warranty details for your product can be found in the product manual or on our website.
Warranty Coverage: Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty claims.
Exclusions from Warranty: Damages from improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs/modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered. Products outside of the warranty period or damages not covered can be repaired at a reasonable cost if applicable (Determined by CRAVOT).
Claiming Warranty Service: To claim warranty service, please contact customer service with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty process.
Repair/Replacement Policy: Qualifying products damaged by non-human factors will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period. Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished but will function like new.
State Law Considerations: This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state in the United States. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
