Product Summary
The BOT-323W series boiler thermostats feature an LCD digital display screen and are developed to meet market requirements. These thermostats are easy to operate and offer complete functions. They can be used to control boilers, motorized ball valves, motorized valves, electric valves, and solenoid valves.
Display Description: The thermostat display shows the current room temperature (e.g., 33.0°C), the set temperature range (e.g., 0:00-14.0°C), and various status indicators like heating status, mode, and time.

Main Button Instruction
- [Power Switch] : ON/OFF Switch
- [Mode Button] : Mode Button. Switch between manual mode and programmable mode. Long press to enter period setting.
- [Time Set Button] : Time Set. Set hour, minute, and week.
- [Up Button] : Up Button. To increase temperature.
- [Down Button] : Down Button. To reduce temperature.
User Interface Explanation
Status Indicators:
- [Manual Mode Icon] : Manual control mode.
- [Heating On Icon] : Heating on.
- [Period 1 Icon] : First Period. Wake up in the morning.
- [Period 2 Icon] : Second Period. Out of home in the morning.
- [Period 3 Icon] : Third Period. Go home in the afternoon.
- [Period 4 Icon] : Fourth Period. Out of home in the afternoon.
- [Period 5 Icon] : Fifth Period. Go home in the evening.
- [Period 6 Icon] : Sixth Period. Sleep in the evening.
- [Anti-freeze Icon] : Anti-freeze function.
- [Keypad Lock Icon] : Keypad Lock. Set the advanced setting LOC to 01 or 02, press and hold for more than 5 seconds to temporarily lock or unlock.

Room temp., Week, Set Temp, Set Temp value, Down, Menu, Clock, Up.
Wiring Diagram
Description: The wiring diagram illustrates the connections for the thermostat terminals. The terminals are labeled as:
- NC: Normally Closed Interface (for Boiler or Loading)
- COM: Common Interface (for Boiler or external power input)
- NO: Normally Open Interface (for Boiler or Loading)
Note: Installation wires should be 1.5-2.5mm² hard line. Connect wires strictly according to the diagram. Avoid water, mud, or debris entering the thermostat to prevent damage.
Operation Instruction
Time Setting
Press the [Time Set Button] ( ). The time area will display Minute, Hour, and Week. Press the [Up Button] ( ) or [Down Button] ( ) to modify the time.
Programmable Period Temperature Setting
Period Selection: Long press the [Mode Button] ( ). The screen displays "LooP". Press the [Mode Button] ( ) to cycle through period selection modes: 12345 (Monday-Friday), 123456 (Monday-Saturday), 1234567 (Monday-Sunday).
Setting Temperature and Time: After selecting the period mode, press the [Mode Button] ( ) to enter temperature setting for each period. Press the [Time Set Button] ( ) to enter time setting for each period. Use the [Up Button] ( ) or [Down Button] ( ) to modify values and press the [Mode Button] ( ) to save and move to the next setting.
Temporary Manual Control: If the thermostat is in auto-control (program mode) and the user presses the [Up Button] ( ) or [Down Button] ( ) to change the temperature, it enters temporary manual control. The thermostat will automatically return to the programmed control mode at the start of the next period. If you want to make a temporary adjustment within a period, press the [Mode Button] ( ) until the period indicator flashes. Confirm the setting automatically.
Switching Modes: Press the [Mode Button] ( ) to switch between manual mode and programmable mode.
Period Temperature Setting
Press the [Mode Button] ( ), then press the [Time Set Button] ( ) to change to time options. User can modify the time within the selected period.
Default Program Data
The thermostat comes with pre-set default program data for workdays and weekends. This data includes period, default time, and default temperature.

Notes:
- The default temperature values for periods 3 and 4 on workdays are the same as period 2. Users can change these default temperatures if needed.
- A setting temperature of 00 means this period is powered off.
VII. Advanced Setting
To enter advanced setting mode: In the state of power-off, long press the [Down Button] ( ) button, then press the [Power Switch] ( ). After entering advanced setting, press the [Mode Button] ( ) to choose the next parameter for changing.

VIII. Installation
- Mounting: See Figure 1. Mount the unit on the wall using screws with an 86mm pitch and expansion sleeves.

- Wiring: See Figure 2. Open the surface shell and the bottom shell. Route the desired wire through the back of the case to the wire slot, leaving approximately 20CM of wire length.

- Final Assembly: See Figure 3. Fix the bottom shell on the wall, connect the wires to the terminals, and cover the bottom shell with the surface shell.
