Card Insertion Manual

Nano-SIM Card Insertion

Face the chip side of the Nano-SIM card downwards when inserting. Ensure the direction of the cut edge aligns with the slot. Use standard Nano-SIM cards only. Avoid non-standard or hand-cut cards to prevent damage to the SIM slot and tray.

Diagram shows configurations for 2 Nano SIM Cards or 1 Nano SIM Card and 1 TF Card.

TF Card (Micro-SD) Installation

Place the metal contact of the TF card downwards, aligning the cut edge. Place the card onto the tray and insert it into the device.

Reminder: Turn off the phone before changing or replacing the TF card. TF cards are sold separately. Do not plug in or remove the SIM card tray while the phone is on. Use the slot thimble carefully to avoid scratching the phone.

Dual-SIM Management

To manage SIM cards for 4G network, navigate to Settings > SIM Card. Choose your preferred network type (4G/3G/2G) via Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network > Preferred network type.

Fingerprint Identification

Unlock your screen using the fingerprint ID function. Go to Settings > Security & Location > Fingerprint and follow the on-screen instructions to register your fingerprint.

Reminder: Ensure your finger is clean and dry for accurate registration. Use your fingertip. To unlock, place your fingertip on the touch ID sensor for approximately one second.

Network Connection

Connecting WLAN

Navigate to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi. When WLAN is active, a list of available connections will appear. Click on your desired network, enter the password if it's encrypted, and click Connect. For public networks, simply click Connect. The network is available once it shows "connected".

Bluetooth Function

Go to Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth. Enable Bluetooth. Click the Menu button and select "Refresh" to search for available Bluetooth devices. Select a device to pair with and click "Pair" on the pop-up dialog. Document transmission is available after pairing.

Note: Swipe down the status bar twice to access shortcut switches for Bluetooth and other functions.

WLAN Hot-spot Setting

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Hotspot & tethering > Wi-Fi hotspot to enable the portable WLAN Hot-spot function. During setup, enter your desired "Network Name" and password, then click Save. Other devices can connect by searching for the WLAN hot-spot and entering the password.

Reminder: Enable Data Connection before using the hot-spot function. Your mobile data will be shared with other devices, so use it cautiously. Hot-spot performance depends on mobile network signal strength and connected devices.

Camera

Aim the camera at the subject; the phone will automatically focus. Alternatively, tap the desired object on the screen to focus manually. Tap the capture icon to take a photo. You can also select other modes such as video recording, beautifying, and panorama.

Dual-SIM Dual Standby Technology

"Dual card, dual standby, single pass" technology allows two SIM cards to be inserted and active in standby simultaneously. Both SIMs are reachable during standby. However, if one SIM is engaged in a call, the other SIM becomes temporarily deactivated for the duration of that call, rendering it unreachable.
