NOTES ABOUT SENSORS:
The long, straight piece of the sensor is an extension arm for the ambient temperature and temperature/humidity sensors. It does not need to be used with any other sensor and is plugged directly into the device with the sensor attached to it as pictured above. When unplugging your Replaceable Sensor from your device, wait 10 SECONDS before plugging the sensor back into your device.

ចំណាំ៖ TSB devices are configured via the touchscreen interface ONLY. TWE/TWP devices are connected to the internet via the touchscreen interface but are further configured on DicksonOne. Touch the ‘Settings’ icon on the bottom right of the device screen to access the device settings screens for device configuration and device information.
- ‘Information’ provides details about the logger, including Model, Serial Number, Firmware Version, Mac Address, Attached Sensors and Channels.
- ‘General Settings’ allows you to configure the device’s name, time settings (format, time zone, date), sample interval for logging, units of measurement, screen saving, and brightness adjustment.
- ‘Graph’ area allows you to choose between a graph display or text view of readings, statistics, scaling, determine what channels to display on the main screen (two max), and set min/max on/off.
- ‘Network Settings’ is used if your device will be registered to your DicksonOne account. After connecting your device to the internet (WiFi or Ethernet), the device will display a 6-digit registration code that is used to register the device to your account. This screen will not be used for standalone TSB loggers.
- ‘Alarms’ allows you to enable the alarm (up to two per channel or one high and one low per channel).
- ‘Calibration’ provides details of when the sensors were calibrated and allows you to create calibration alarms as well.
- ‘Stored Data’ allows you to download the data from the device using USB and/or also delete the tablet data.
- ‘Admin Settings’ allows you to set a passcode to secure the device.
Using your Touchscreen Locally (Without Cloud Software)
All touchscreen devices including TWEs and TWPs, can be used as a standalone device without a DicksonOne subscription.

To set the TWE or TWP as a standalone device:
- Tap the ‘Settings’ icon.
- Tap on the WiFi icon in the Settings Menu to open the ‘Network Settings’ screen.
- Set ‘DicksonOne Enabled’ to OFF.
Using your Touchscreen With Cloud Software
Connecting a Logger to the Internet (TWE/TWP Only)

- While connected to power, plug an ethernet cable into the device and an active ethernet jack.
- Navigate to the ‘Network Settings’ screen.
- Switch the ‘Network Adapter’ setting to Ethernet.

- Tap Scan to scan for your network. Select the appropriate network from the list. If you don’t find your network, manually enter your SSID.

Create a DicksonOne account online by following the steps below or sign in. Steps:

- Complete the registration form and hit ‘Sign Up.’
- Review and acknowledge the Terms of Use.
Verify your DicksonOne Subscription
ចំណាំ៖ It is important to do this step before adding any loggers! The system will work without a subscription, but will prevent you from using alarms and storing data beyond 30 days. A DicksonOne subscription is required to enable all features. Accounts may have an active subscription already, and the account administrator can verify by going to DicksonOne.com > Manage Billing. If you do not have a subscription activated, contact your sales rep or via support (contact details provided below).
You will now be ready to register devices online by clicking ‘+Register New Hardware.’
Adding a Logger to Your DicksonOne Account
Once your logger has been connected to the internet, you can register your logger to your DicksonOne account using the 6-digit registration code found on the Network Settings screen of your device.

- Fill out the device registration form
- Provide a name for the device
- Type in the 6-digit registration code (provided on the logger once it is connected to the internet)

- Data will flow into the system shortly and you will see initial data in 5-10 minutes

Configure your Device Settings
Touch the gear icon in the lower right corner of the screen to configure your device.

To configure the alarm follow these steps:
- Enable the alarm (up to two per channel or one high and one low per channel).

- Enable the audible alarm if desired (if disabled, a message will still appear on the screen). Readings To Trigger (alarm delay): the number of readings that an alarm condition must exist until an alarm is triggered. For example, if your Sample Rate is set to five minutes and your ‘Readings to Trigger” is set to 2 readings, it means the device must be in an alarm condition for 10 minutes before it will alarm.

To download the data from your device plug in a USB flash drive and follow these steps:
- Hit the Save to USB button
- Select the desired export
- CSV (All Channels on This Device) – This option will export all stored channels on the device including those from old replaceable sensors (if the device wasn’t cleared) in a CSV format.
- CSV (Connected Channels) – This option will export only the stored channels for the replaceable sensors currently connected to the device in a CSV format.
- DicksonWare – This option exports a file with all stored channels on the device including those from old replaceable sensors (if the device wasn’t cleared), is compatible with the DicksonWare software and maintains 21CFR11 compliance.
