Get Started
- 1 Charge smart sleep assistant D2 before getting started.
3. There are two methods to reset the date and time:- Select WIFI, the time and date will be set automatically;
- Select manually, the time and date will be set manually.
Notes:
Connect to local WLAN for date and time reset only .

- Favorites Touch to access your favorite music and sleep sounds
- Volume control Touch or touch and hold to increase volume
- Sleep sounds Touch to play the stored sleep sounds
- Back Touch to return to previous menu
- Breath training Touch to start breath training
- Volume control Touch or touch and hold to decrease volume

- Touch the different icons
to select your favorite sound style and touch the sound name to play it. - Touch the icons

When the machine switches on. short press the power on/off button to quickly turn the screen on or off .
Press and hold the power on/off button for 10 seconds to reset.
- Flip your smart sleep assistant (front side up) to snooze or stop your alarm when it rings.
- Flip the smart sleep assistant (front side up) to stop the current sound or music from playing.
