Getting Started

Please make sure your camera is near your Wi-Fi router and your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network.

Step 1
Download the KamiCare App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Search for “KamiCare”.

Step 2
Plug the Type-C USB cable into your camera to switch it on. (If you are installing a camera that has previously been installed on a different network or you’ve changed your Wi-Fi password, then you must first reset the camera by pressing the reset button. Continue to follow the instructions.)

Step 3
Sign up or login to your Kami account, then follow the on-screen instructions to pair your phone to your Kami camera.

Step 4
After logging in to your KamiCare App, tap the “+” sign to select your device or scan the QR product code. When you hear the voice prompt “waiting to connect”, tap “heard voice prompt”. Next, scan the QR code on the App with your camera. Wait until you hear the voice prompt “pairing successful”.

Now your camera is ready to use!
