Knowing Your Diffuser
Intermittent Diffusion
- The diffuser does not spray continuously. It releases fragrance for a set number of seconds, then pauses for a set number of seconds. Higher grades usually create stronger fragrance output and use oil faster.
Scent Fatigue
- After long exposure to the same fragrance, the scent may feel weaker even when the diffuser is working normally.
- This is called scent fatigue. Change fragrance periodically, reduce intensity for a while, or improve ventilation to refresh the scent experience.
Oil Consumption
- Oil usage depends on fragrance viscosity, room temperature, airflow, working schedule, and selected grade. Factory consumption data is a reference value, not an exact guarantee for every oil.
Getting Started
- Place the diffuser upright.
- Fill the bottle with suitable fragrance oil.
- Install the oil bottle securely.
- Connect power.
- Open the app and set the working period and grade.
Using Your Diffuser
App Control
- Search Scent Marketing in Google Play or the App Store.
- Turn on Bluetooth and location permission.
- Select the diffuser from the app.
- Enter the password.
- Set the working period and concentration grade.
- Save the settings.
Reset
- Short-press reset to restore the original password 8888. Long-press reset until a sound is heard to restore factory settings.
Maintenance & Storage
Clean the diffuser when changing fragrance oil, when mist output becomes weak, or after long use.
- Turn off and unplug the diffuser.
- Remove the fragrance oil bottle.
- Fill a clean bottle with industrial alcohol.
- Install the alcohol bottle and run the diffuser for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Turn off the diffuser and remove the alcohol bottle.
- Let all parts dry fully before adding fragrance oil again.
For long-term storage, clean the diffuser, dry all parts, roll up the power cord, and store the unit in a shaded, ventilated place.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Remedy |
| Does not diffuse | Check whether the machine is outside the working period; check whether the air pump is damaged. |
| Spray little | Check whether the gasket is damaged or loose; clear the atomized core with alcohol or replace it. |
| Oil spill | Check whether the atomized head is damaged. |
| Oil overflow | Check bottle tightness, the atomized-head gasket, and keep the diffuser vertical. |
