Installation Requirements
To use the Integriti HID Integration, ensure you have the following:
- Integriti Professional, Integriti Business, or Integriti Corporate Software Edition
- 996964 Mobile Credential Management Integration license
- Minimum Installed Integriti Version: v22.1 or higher
Setting Up the Integration
- Ensure that the Integriti system is installed and maintained by Factory Certified Technicians.
- Access the Integriti HID Integration plugin within the software.
- Configure the Credential Pools as needed for your access control setup.
- Check and manage card statuses and credential pool statuses using the integration.
Operating the Integration
Once the integration is set up, you can:
- Access and populate configured Credential Pools.
- Show card statuses and credential pool statuses.
- Utilize the 64-bit Integration Server support.
- Review categorized records.

Important Notes
- When migrating from the legacy cloud credential communications handler to this HID mobile credential integration, do not delete the legacy communications handler before the migration completes.
- Filters with dynamic time are not supported by the Auto Generate Credential and Auto Revoke Credential features.
- To synchronise users’ photos, they must be at least 130×130 pixels. Photos larger than 396×396 will automatically be resized and cropped in order to display correctly.

Issues Resolved
- User Synchronisation: Resolved an issue that prevented names containing non-ASCII characters (such as accented letters) from being synchronised correctly.
- Persisted Connection: Resolved an issue preventing the persisted connection from starting in some cases when there are thousands of credentials in the system.

New Features
- Integration Server: The Integriti HID Integration now runs on the integration server and can run on both the 32bit and 64bit integration servers.
- Credential Pools: Credential pools are now loaded when executing the “Refresh Mobile Credential Pools” feature from the credential system editor and are saved in the database. This allows them to be used in conjunction with other features like “Auto Input Triggers” and “Auto-Generate Credentials”. Also, the state of the pool is set when persisted connection starts, i.e. whether the pool is available or not.
- Entity Synchronisation (Entity Sync): Entity Sync allows Integriti to automatically update the user and credentials in the HID system in response to user changes to ensure the data in both Integriti and HID match. This includes verifying the user’s existing credentials, updating the user’s details (such as name and email), revoking credentials and invitations, removing users from the HID system, automatically generating/revoking credentials.
- Automatic Credential Generation/Revocation: Integriti can now automatically generate or revoke credentials for a user when it matches the configured user filter specified in the credential pool in which the credential is to be generated.
- Upgrade Migration: Sites that have mobile credentials generated by the legacy cloud credential communication handler are automatically migrated over to be compatible with the new HID integration structure. This allows these credentials to operate with the new features offered by the new HID integration.
- User Interface: The new Integriti mobile credential integration now has a new user interface.
