  • Check the technical condition of the product. Do not use the product when damaged.
  • The working area must be clean and well-lit. There must be sufficient space around the work area.
  • Take care of your safety when working. Long hair, loose clothing, and jewelry may cause injury. Wear suitable work clothing, footwear, and eye, ear, and respiratory protection.
  • Watch your hands and fingers. Always use both hands when working.
  • Keep the product out of reach of children and unqualified persons.
  • Do not leave the product in a damp environment, and do not expose it to rain.

Additional Instructions for the Product

Caution! Dust containing harmful chemicals such as lead from lead-based paints or arsenic and chromium from chemically treated lumber can be produced during operation. Work in a well-ventilated area and wear approved protective equipment. Observe ve safety regulations applicable in your country.

  • Wear eye and respiratory protection when working with the product and emptying the bucket.
  • Dispose of waste (chips and dust) by the local regulations applicable in your country.
  • Collect approved material only. If you find metal parts (nails, clips, etc.) inthe wood, stop working immediately. Empty the bucket and examine the condition of the dust collection.
  • Open the air inlet valve on the handle of your dust extractor when cleaning floors; otherwise, the waste bucket could be deformed.

Working with the Product

Assembly

  1. Turn the lid upside down and attach the elbow to the side hole.IGM-CS63-Cyclone-Dust-Separator-fig- (1)
    Warning! Make sure the elbow does not face the center hole, otherwise, the separator will work incorrectly. IGM-CS63-Cyclone-Dust-Separator-fig- (2)
  2. Put the lid on the waste bucket.IGM-CS63-Cyclone-Dust-Separator-fig- (3)
  3. Thread the coupler 63 mm on the flexi hose and insert it into the centre hole (hole without elbow). Use another coupler 63 mm or wire clip 63 mm and connect the other hose end to a dust extractor.IGM-CS63-Cyclone-Dust-Separator-fig- (4)
  4. Thread the coupler 63 mm on the second flexi hose and insert it into the side hole of the lid. Use another coupler 63 mm or wire clip 63 mm and connect the other hose end to a power tool or router table.
  5. Make sure the hoses are connected correctly. The hose from the extractor connects to the centre hole without the elbow. The hose to the power tool connects to the side hole with the elbow.
  6. Included are two reducers to connect a 36 mm suction hose or a 100 mm extraction hose. These hoses are not supplied. Insert the reducer into either lid hole if needed.IGM-CS63-Cyclone-Dust-Separator-fig- (5)
  7. It allows you to connect a dust extractor with a suction hose or a dust collector with an extraction hose to the centerole. Alternatively, connect a power tool with a suction hose or extraction hose to the side hole.IGM-CS63-Cyclone-Dust-Separator-fig- (6)

Emptying the Bucket
Empty the bucket when the waste reaches the FULL line.
