Usage

Setting up with PC
Right-click speaker icon > Select Open Sound settings > Select Sound control panel
Playback Device
- Set Default Device to “HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless”
- Follow the instructions on the DTS instruction card to enable DTS Headphone:X

Setting up with PlayStation 5
Go to the home page and select Settings > Sound
Microphone: Input Device: USB Headset “HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless”

Recording Device
Set Default Device to “HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless”
Audio Output:
- Output Device: USB Headset “HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless”
- Output to Headphones: All Audio
- Battery level indication
- The status LED will automatically turn off to conserve battery life
Power button
- Power on/off – Hold button for 3 seconds to power headset on/off
- Battery level status – Press button to hear current battery level voice prompt
Mic mute / mic monitoring button
- Mic mute toggle – Press button to turn the mic mute on/off
Microphone mute LED On – Mic muted Microphone mute LED Off – Mic active - Mic monitoring toggle – Hold button for 3 seconds to toggle mic monitoring on/off
Volume wheel
Scroll up and down to adjust the volume level
Charging
It is recommended to fully charge your headset before first use.

Ihre Anleitung ist der letzte Müll, wenn der KH (HYPERX Cloud Alpha Gaming-Headset) eingeschaltet wird, höre ich “Power-On” – “Battery-Level is 100%”. Windows findet aber die KH nicht und sie werden auch nicht unter “Sound-Settings” angezeigt. In Windows wird nicht einmal der BT-Dongle im “Device Manager” angezeigt. Ich höre auch Connected/Disconnected, aber es gibt keinen Sound (Musik). Es liegt weder am PC noch an den Einstellungen, da mein Google Pixel 8 Pro, SONY WF-1000XM5, Logitech G PRO BT, G915 X LIGHTSPEED, TV und PS4 gefunden wird.
P.S. Die KH sind völlig nutzlos, werde sie umtauschen und nie wieder Hardware dieser nutzlosen Firma kaufen. FINGER WEG

Why is my HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless headset not recognized by Windows or Device Manager even though I hear connection prompts?
Based on your description, the headset is powering on and providing internal voice prompts, but the USB Wireless Adapter is not being recognized by your PC. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
