INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Allow reptiles to freely access the basking platform. Species requiring higher temperatures(e.g., lizards) will instinctively utilize the thermal gradient created by varying distances from the heat source to self-select their ideal temperature zone.
2. Regularly observe your pet’s interaction with the platform to ensure proper acclimation and usage. If unusual behaviors persist, inspect the platform for stability issues or reposition it to better suit your reptile’s needs.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

1. Gently wipe the basking platform with a damp microfiber cloth every 1-2 weeks to remove debris and waste. For stubborn stains, apply a small amount of veterinary-grade disinfectant diluted in water, then rinse thoroughly with clean water to eliminate chemical residues.
2. Avoid exposing the basking platform to extreme heat or direct sunlight (except under controlled terrarium lighting conditions), as prolonged exposure may cause resin degradation and structural warping. Refrain from using sharp objects that could scratch the surface, ensuring long-term preservation of its textured finish and functional integrity.

PRECAUTIONS

1. This product is designed solely for reptile habitats. Keep away from children and non-reptile pets to prevent accidental damage or injury risks.
2. Immediately discontinue use if cracks, breaks, or structural compromises are detected. Replace promptly with a new unit to ensure your reptile’s afety.

THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

This product MUST be purchased from an authorized Hygger-zoo reseller. Visit our website for a list of authorized resellers. Hygger-zoo warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE(3) YEARS from the date of the original retail purchase and is non-transferable. Warranty on all products, including aquariums. But it is limited to the replacement of the products and does not cover fish loss, personal injury, property loss, or direct, incidental, or Consequential damage caused by using this product.

Note: Hygger-zoo Three-year Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by the following: improper installation, saltwater corrosion, electrical surges, or modifications. Additionally, products that have been refunded are also not covered under the warranty.

If you discover a defect, please contact Hygger-zoo, who will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge, provided that you return it during the warranty period. A copy of the bill of sale is required as proof of the original purchase date if the product needs repairs within the warranty period. Hygger-zoo does not warrant any products that aren’t Hygger-zoo’s. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication, or modified without the written permission of Hygger-zoo.
