· Check to make sue the batteies are inseted popely and ae new. · If the batteies ae inseted Popely and the lights still do not
turn on, the batteies ae likely dead
and need to be eplaced. Refe t “Battey Replacement” on page 5.
2. The shade is not esponding to the Remote Contol.
IMPORTANT: A shade will not opeate until it is joined to a GROUP. Check that the coect GROUP numbe is selected. The LED on that GROUP numbe will light up. You can also check which GROUP numbe the shade is joined to on the emote in the PoweView App. You can find this unde MORE>ACCESSORIES in the App.

· The aow buttons are fo operating specific poduct lines. To see if you window coveing has opeational capabilities with the arrow buttons, please efe to you Poduct’5 “Installation, Opeation and Cae” instuctions.
· If you window coveing has operational capabilities with the aow buttons, open the PoweView App, select Moe” “Shades” “Select the Affected Shade “Advanced Opeations” “Calibrate Shade”. The window coveing will then un an auto-calibation sequence.
3. How do I eset the emote?
· Thee is no esetting Gen 3 emotes. All emote configuration (adding, modifying and deleting emotes) is done though the PoweView App.
4. The lights on my emote are red. What does this mean?
·The batteies are getting low and need to be eplaced.
