Control Panel

The control panel features buttons and a display for operating the tumble dryer.

Indicators:

Failure: Refer to troubleshooting section. If a failure occurs, call after-sales service. ⚠️

*Note: some models may have wording instead of icons.

First Time Use

Ensure the water tank is correctly inserted and the drain hose is properly fixed.

The dryer must be installed in a room with a temperature between 5°C and 35°C.

Before use, ensure the dryer has been in an upright position for at least 6 hours.

For changing the door opening side, contact After-sales Service.

The "Crease Care" system rotates the drum periodically after the cycle to prevent creases. Some models may perform a final cool tumble phase.

In case of power failure, press the "Start/Pause" button to restart the cycle.

Daily Use

To keep your machine working at its best:

  1. Plug the dryer into the power supply socket.
  2. Open the door and load garments, following clothing label instructions and maximum load limits. Empty pockets. Ensure garments do not get caught between the door or filter. Do not load dripping wet or very bulky items. Load garments one by one for optimal results.
  3. Close the door.
  4. Press the "On/Off" button. ⏻
  5. Select the most suitable program for the fabric type.
  6. Select options, if necessary.
  7. Press the "Start/Pause" button to begin drying. ▶️
  8. At the end of the cycle, a buzzer will sound and an indicator will light up. Turn off the machine by pressing the "On/Off" button, open the door, and remove laundry immediately to prevent creases.

If the machine is not switched off manually, it will turn off automatically after about 15 minutes to save energy.

Opening the door during the cycle

The door can be opened at any time to check progress or remove dry garments. However, keeping the door closed throughout the cycle saves time and energy.

After closing the door, press the "Start/Pause" button within 15 minutes to resume the machine operation.

Care Label

Always check care labels, especially when using the tumble dryer for the first time. Common symbols:

Programs

Program duration depends on load size, textile type, spin speed, and selected options. The display shows the estimated remaining time.

Program List (Max Load 8 Kg Dry Load):

*Max Load 8 Kg (Dry load)

Options

Personalize selected programs. Not all options are available for all programs or may be incompatible.

Cleaning and Maintenance

WARNING: Unplug the dryer before cleaning and maintenance.

Emptying the Water Tank

After each cycle (see Fig. A): Pull out the container, empty it into a sink or drain, and place it back correctly. Do not operate the dryer without the tank.

Cleaning the Filters

Remove lint from filters by hand, cloth, or vacuum cleaner. Dispose of lint in a bin, not down the drain.

Door Filter (see Fig. B)

  1. Open the door and pull the filter upwards.
  2. Open the filter and remove all lint and foreign objects from the filter and drum.
  3. Replace the filter correctly, ensuring it is fully seated.

Bottom Filter (see Fig. C)

Note: It is advisable to clean this filter after each cycle for optimal performance.

  1. Open the bottom cover, take the handle, and pull the filter out (C1).
  2. Open the rear side of the filter and remove lint from the mesh (C2).
  3. Check the bottom filter chamber monthly. Clean any accumulated lint on metal fins with a vacuum cleaner and brush nozzle (C3/C4). Use vertical movements only. Avoid direct contact with fins.
  4. Close the rear side of the filter, place it back correctly, and lower the handle (C5).
  5. Close the bottom cover (C6).

Ensure the air intake grille is free. Clogged filters severely affect airflow, increasing drying times, energy consumption, and potentially damaging the dryer. If filters are not cleaned properly, the dryer may not start.

Note: After cleaning filters, the indicator remains on and will disappear when a new drying cycle starts.

Cleaning the Tumble Dryer

Clean external metal, plastic, and rubber parts with a damp cloth.

Clean the front air intake grille regularly (every 6 months) with a vacuum cleaner to remove lint, fluff, or dust.

Do not use solvents or abrasives.

Diagram Descriptions:

Figure A: Illustrates the procedure for emptying the water tank.

Figure B: Shows how to remove and clean the door filter.

Figure C: Details the steps for accessing and cleaning the bottom filter (C1-C6).

Transport and Handling

Never lift the dryer by holding the worktop.

  1. Unplug the dryer.
  2. Remove the water from the water tank completely.
  3. Ensure the door and water tank are properly closed.
  4. If the drain hose is connected to your drainage system, re-connect it to the back of the dryer (refer to the Safety Instruction guide).

Troubleshooting

Before contacting After-sales Service, consult the table below. Many issues can be resolved quickly.

Malfunction Possible Cause Solution
The drying times are very long. An appropriate maintenance was not carried out. Refer to the Cleaning & Maintenance section and perform the operations described.
The garments are too wet. Carry out a washing cycle with a higher spin speed to remove as much water as possible.
Room temperature. The drying time may be longer if the room temperature falls outside the 14-30°C range.
The programme, time, and/or drying level set are not suitable for the type and amount of load. Refer to the Programmes and Options sections to find the most suitable settings.
The dryer may be overloaded. Refer to the Programmes section to check the max load for each program.
The tumble dryer does not turn on. The "On/Off" button was not pressed. Press the "On/Off" button. ⏻
The plug is not inserted into the socket. Insert the plug into the socket.
The socket is faulty. Try plugging another appliance into the same socket. Do not use adapters or extension cords.
A power failure occurred. Wait for power to be restored and switch the fuse on again if necessary.
The tumble dryer does not start. The door has not been closed properly. Close the door.
A time delay was set to the start of the cycle. Wait for the set delay to end or switch the machine off to reset it. Refer to the Options section.
The "Start/Pause" button was not pressed. Press the "Start/Pause" button. ▶️
The Key Lock function was enabled. Disable Key Lock. Switching the machine off does not disable this option. Refer to the Options section. ?
Garments are wet at cycle completion. Small load. The automatic program may not have sensed the required final moisture. Select an additional short drying period or the Extra Dry option if available.
Large loads or heavier fabrics. Dryness levels can be modified. Extra Dry is recommended for ready-to-wear items.
The drying cycle was paused and not reactivated within 15 minutes. The drying cycle must be set up and restarted.
A power failure occurred. The drying cycle must be set up and restarted.

Lights on or flashing

Error Codes: If sensors detect a failure, one of the following codes may appear on the display: F1 E1; F1 E2; F1 E3; F2 E1; F3 E1; F3 E3; F3 E4; F4 E1; F4 E2; F4 E7; F5 E1; F6 E1; F6 E2; F6 E3.

If an error persists, switch off and unplug the dryer. Open the door immediately and remove laundry to allow heat to dissipate. Wait about 15 minutes. Reconnect power, load laundry, and restart. If the problem continues, contact After-Sales Service and provide the displayed letters and digits.

*Note: some models are self-cleaning and not equipped with a bottom filter.
