Updating Guide
Kindly Note
It is important to follow these precautions when updating the firmware:
- Avoid updating firmware during important events
- Ensure the device has sufficient power during the update process
- Contact technical support if any issues arise during updating.
Updating Tool Requirements
- A computer with Windows 10 or Mac OS 12.6 system
- A USB flash disk (32GB or less, FAT32 format)
- USB-A to Type-C cable
Operation Steps:
- Download the firmware file
- Prepare a USB disk (32GB or less) with USB-A port
- Format the USB disk to FAT32 and copy the firmware file to the= root directory
- Plug the USB disk into C1-HUB via USB-A port for automatic upgrading
- The HUB will reboot automatically after successful upgrade
- Connect the headset to the HUB using a USB cable after] upgrading

- It takes a risk to update the firmware, please avoid updating the firmware when the device is used for the important events
- To avoid the power being cut off suddenly during the updating, please make sure the device with enough power during updating.

Updating Tool
A computer with Windows 10 or Mac OS 12.6 system
USB flash disk which is under 32G storage（FAT32 format）
USB-A to Type-C cable
Operation Steps
- Download the firmware file
- Prepare one USB disk with a USB-A port which memory less than 32GB.
- Plug the USB disk into the laptop, format the USB disk to FAT32， put the upgrade firmware into the root directory of the USB disk(make sure only one firmware inside)，please do not put it of any folder.
- Plug the USB disk into C1-HUB via the USB-A port, the C1-HUB will recognize the USB disk and start to upgrading, the Solidcom C1-HUB will reboot automatically after upgrading.
- Solidcom C1-HUB will need to upgrade twice with different version firmware， upgrade the initialization version “HLD_3_RRU_H000_S1.9.3.6” at first， then upgrade the final version“HLD_3_RRU_H000_S1.0.4.2”.
- After upgrade the HUB successful, then connect the headset to the HUB one by one with USB cable.
