APP REGISTRATION / LOGIN

Sign Up:

Open the Hogar Mini S App.
You can either sign up with your mobile number or email id.

Enter a password of your choice and click “Register”.
You will receive an OTP which is valid for 10 mins. Enter the OTP and sign up.

Sign In:

Sign into the App by entering the created email address and password in the allocated fields.

Hit the “Login” button to complete the process.

Forgot Password:

If you have forgotten the password, you can reset it by selecting “Forgot Password”.
Enter your email ID/Mobile number to receive a password reset OTP.

Change Password:

Go to “My Account” & Click on “Password Change.”
Give your current password and type your new password in the allocated fields.

CONFIGURATION PROCESS

Adding Hogar BOLT to Hogar Mini S App:

Click on “Add Home” or Tap on the “+” button on the top right corner of the screen.

Enter the following details: Home name, Domain (Unique without space & special characters), Address and tap on save.
Select the “Home” and click on “Confirm”.
Click on “Your HC has not connect internet” and click on “Next”.
It will redirect to Wi-Fi Settings page, connect to the device

Hotspot (starts as HOGAR_HC_).

Enter the password as ABC123456
Go back to the app and click “Yes, I connected”.

Connecting Hogar BOLT to Internet:

Choose the Wi-Fi, enter the password.
You can choose DHCP/ STACTIC IP configuration.
If Static config, make sure to fill the following details and click on“Continue”.

IP: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

Gateway: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
DNS: 8.8.8.8, Better to use default DNS.

If DHCP, click on “Continue”.
It will show Successfully configured, details and click on “Continue”.
Connect your phone to the internet and go back to the mobile App, click on “OK”.
Wait until BOLT gets rebooted

SETUP YOUR FLOORS

Adding Floors to your Hogar Mini S App

Go to Settings → General → Config Room & Floor. Tap ‘+’ button in the top right corner.
Name the “Floor”.
Tap “Done”. You can always edit the Floor details by tapping on the “Edit” button.

Deleting your Floor:

Left swipe on the designated Floor.
Tap “Delete” & Enter your Login Password

SETUP YOUR ROOMS

Adding Rooms to your Hogar Mini S App:

Tap on the selected Floor and tap the “+” button in the top right corner of the screen.
Add the ‘Room details’ and type in the Room Name.
Assign a photo by allowing Hogar Mini S App to click pictures by tapping ‘’Allow’’.
The created Floors appear as a list. Deleting your Room:
Go to General → Floor & Room → Select Floor → Select Room
Click “Delete Room” to delete the Room.

MAPPING EXISTING CONNECTED DEVICES TO YOUR ROOM

Adding Devices to your Room:

Select “Devices”.
Select the devices from General → Setup Devices → New → Select the devices → Add to Room → Select the Room.

SETUP FOR MULTIPLE HCs

Hogar BOLT allows multiple controllers on the same network. There is only one primary Home Controller which can act as Master and the rest as Slave controllers. Slave controllers also communicate with devices directly connected to it.

Adding Multiple Slave Controllers:

You will receive a pop-up notification displaying stating ‘’Device Added’’

Deleting Multiple Controllers:

Select the specific Slave controller.
Click the drop down on the right, next to the HC device & tap ‘’Remove Device’’.

ADDING/ DELETING SMART DEVICES TO YOUR BOLT

SETUP FOR Z-WAVE SMART DEVICES

Adding Smart Devices:

Scroll through the Hogar Mini S App, choose Z-Wave to “Add” devices.

You will receive a pop-up notification display stating “Device Added”.

Deleting Smart Devices:

Scroll through the Hogar Mini S App, choose Z-Wave to “Remove” devices.
You will receive a pop-up notification display stating “Device Removed”.

AUTOMATING & CONTROLLING YOUR SMART DEVICES

RULES

Rules can trigger activities based on the device’s environment. i.e. if a certain condition occurs, then an action should take place. With Rules, the user can configure modes, combine conditions and check the absence of a condition.

Add a Rule:

Go to Settings → Rule → click ‘’+’’ at the extreme right on the top bar
Enable or Disable security: Allows the rule to be added into security and there will be a notification before rule is active.

Set Timer for Rule: Enable Timer and Scroll through the timer, choose a time between 0 and 23 hours and 0 to 59 minutes and click on “Confirm” to save.
Add input/output devices: Add the input and output devices\ to BOLT.

Enable & disable notification:

– Go to Setting → General → Rule → Select Rule → Notification → Enable or disable.

Edit Existing Rule:

– Tap on the specific rule from the list and change the data according to the need.

Delete a Rule:

– Go to Settings → General → Rule → Select the Rule → Scroll to bottom → Click on Delete Rule

SCENES

Scenes help you let the various smart devices talk to each other based on certain pre-set conditions set by you. Normally, various smart sensors can be automated through scenes to trigger your smart switches. No manual intervention or internet connectivity is required once certain scenes are set by you on your Hogar Mini S App.

Add a Scene:

Go to scenes.
Tap the “+” button in the top right corner of the screen.
Add scenes to the room by selecting the “Room” in the scene.
Tap “Done” on the top right corner when you are done with creating the scene.

Setting up a Scene:

Tap “Scene Name” to name the Scene.
Select the devices from the rooms and floors by clicking “Add Devices”.
Select Icon based on the purpose.
Enable Timer and Scroll through the timer, choosing a time between 0 and 23 hours and 0 to 59 minutes and click “Confirm” to save.
Add content based on the requirement.
You can repeat the scene on any day of the week or choose “None” and Tap “Done”.

Select “Remind” for a notification to pop-up.
Select “Room” & Tap “Done”.

Edit Existing Scene:

Tap on a specific scene from the list, and change the data accordingly and tap “Done”.

Delete a Scene:

Go to Settings → General → Scene → Select the Scene → Scroll to bottom → Click on Delete Scene

GROUPS

Using this functionality, you can Group devices of the same type i.e Switches grouping, RGBW grouping, Light dimmer, Fan speed control.

Add a Group:

Choose a suggested Group or create a new one by tapping the “+” icon.
Name the group.
Select the device you want to add to the group or select the group to which the devices should be added, and tap “Done”.

Delete a Group:

Go to Settings → General → Group → Select the Group → Scroll to bottom → Click on Delete Group

SCHEDULE

To view the list of schedules, go to Settings → General → Schedules

Add a Schedule:

Go to Settings → General → Schedules → Click “+” → Choose devices → Done

Delete a Scene:

Go to Settings → General → Schedules → Select the Schedule → Scroll to bottom → Click on Delete Schedule

RESETTING INFORMATION

Network and Factory reset (Using reset button)

LED Indication for Network reset:

Press and hold the reset button the LED changes colors from red – magenta – blue – white at which point release the reset button.

LED Indication for Factory reset:

Press and hold the reset button the LED changes colors from red – magenta – blue – white- red – magenta – blue at which point release the reset button.
The device reset has been successful, check if the hotspot has appeared.
