Product Identification

This document provides installation instructions for mineral wool insulated units manufactured by Danfoss, specifically models: B3-027, SL70, SL140, SL222, and SL333.

Installation Procedure

The installation involves assembling internal components into the insulated casing and securing the unit.

Step 1: Unit Preparation

Begin with the insulated unit, which is depicted as a closed rectangular box.

Step 2: Component Integration

The process requires integrating internal parts into the insulated casing. This is illustrated by diagrams showing:

• The insulated casing features two main alignment points, marked with the numeral '1'.
• Internal components, one of which is identified by the numeral '2', are to be inserted into the casing.
• An exploded view demonstrates how these components fit within the insulated shell.

Step 3: Securing the Assembly

After internal components are correctly positioned, the insulation unit is secured. The assembly utilizes 5 x Lock (Hook Lock Clip) fasteners to ensure the unit is properly sealed and maintained.

The final diagram shows the completed assembly, highlighting the locking mechanism.
