Installation Instructions
Step 1: Drill Hole
Using a suitable hammer drill and drill bit (e.g., TE-Y-HDA-B), drill a hole into the base material at a 90° angle. Ensure the drill bit diameter (df) and depth are correct as per specifications. Observe safety precautions.

Step 2: Clean Hole
Thoroughly clean the drilled hole of all dust and debris using a brush or vacuum. Proper cleaning is crucial for optimal anchor performance. Red dust particles indicate debris.
Visual: A cleaning tool (brush or blower) is shown removing dust from the drilled hole. Icons: ⚠️ [Observe], ? [Prohibited] (implied by dust removal).
Step 3: Insert Anchor
Insert the Hilti HDA-T anchor into the cleaned hole. The anchor should slide in smoothly. A red arrow indicates the direction of insertion.

Step 4: Set Anchor
Use a setting tool (e.g., TE-Y-HDA-ST) to drive the anchor fully into the hole. The tool ensures the anchor is properly seated. A "T" symbol with an arrow indicates the use of a setting tool.
Visual: A setting tool is shown striking the anchor to drive it into the hole. Icon: [Torque Tool] or [Setting Tool], 90° (angle of tool relative to anchor).
Step 5: Position Fixture
Place the fixture (e.g., bracket, steel plate) over the anchor stud. Ensure the fixture is correctly aligned. A red glow may indicate areas of concern or stress.
Visual: The fixture is being placed onto the anchor stud protruding from the concrete. Icons: ⚠️ [Warning], ? [Prohibited] (potential incorrect placement).
Step 6: Tighten Fixture
Install and tighten the nut onto the anchor stud. A close-up view shows the correct seating of the fixture against the anchor head, with a checkmark indicating the correct state and a prohibition symbol for incorrect states.

Step 7: Dispose of Waste
Dispose of any waste material, such as excess parts or packaging, responsibly.
