Assembly Instructions
1. Assembling the Base
Attach the right base (Q) and left base (P) to the middle base (C) and secure them using screws (U).
2. Attaching the Columns to the Base
Attach the columns (H, J) to the base using screws (T). To adjust the column height, pull the pin outwards and pull the inner column upwards simultaneously until the desired height is reached, then release the pin to secure. Tighten the safety screw.
Note: Lock the brakes on the casters to prevent unexpected movements during installation. Each caster can be adjusted independently for fine-tuning by slightly turning the nut.
3. Installing the Crossbar
Attach the crossbar (N) to the columns using the appropriate screws (X). Tighten all screws using a Phillips screwdriver. When crossbar installation is complete, tighten the bottom screws using the Allen key (E1).
Note: Press the metal tab to lock the caster.
4. Installing the Cable Covers
The cable covers (F) are installed as part of the cable management process later.
5. Installing the Universal Plate
Attach the universal plate (D) to the columns using the appropriate screws (Z), washers (C1), and butterfly nuts (S). Tighten all screws and butterfly nuts securely.
6. Installing the Adapter Brackets
6a. For Flat Back Screens: Attach adapter brackets using screws like M-A with washers (M-F), or M-B with washers (M-F). Ensure a 1:1 ratio for placement if applicable.
6b. For Screens with Irregular Back: Use screws like M-C/M-D, washers (M-F), and spacers (M-G, M-H) as necessary. Position the adapter brackets as close as possible to the center of the display. Screw the adapter brackets onto the display. Tighten all screws, but do not over-tighten.
7. Hooking the Display onto the Universal Plate
Carefully hook the display onto the universal plate. Tighten the bottom screws to secure the display. IMPORTANT: Ensure the display is mounted correctly and the screws are tightened safely before releasing the display.
8. Installing the Camera Shelf
Attach the camera shelf (L) to the connecting plate (M) using the appropriate screws (B1, A1). Then, attach the connecting plate (M) to the universal plate (D) using screws (W) and washers (D1). Tighten all screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
9. Installing the DVD Shelf
Install the support bar (O) to the columns at the desired position and secure it using the appropriate screws (Y). Attach the DVD shelf (G) to the support bar (O) using screws (W) and butterfly nuts (R). Tighten all screws and butterfly nuts to secure.
10. Cable Management
Route the cables through the cable covers (F) for a tidy installation.
Adjustment
TV height is measured from the floor to the TV center.
It is recommended to adjust the columns to the desired height before installing the display. If you need to adjust the columns height after the display installation is finished, please remove the DVD shelf, then adjust the columns to the desired height.
Maintenance
Check that the bracket is secure and safe to use at regular intervals, at least every three months. Please contact your distributor if you have any questions.
