nVent RAYCHEM MI Series Alloy 825 XMI-A HAx Heating Cable
Product Overview
The nVent RAYCHEM XMI-A mineral insulated (MI) series resistance trace heating cables are designed for freeze protection and process temperature maintenance on pipes and vessels. They can withstand continuous exposure up to 1022 °F/550 °C and intermittent exposure up to 1200 °F/650 °C. Available in 300 V and 600 V ratings, these cables are approved for applications up to 61 W/ft (200 W/m) and for use in hazardous areas. The Alloy 825 sheath offers exceptional resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments, including organic acids, alkalis, and chloride stress-corrosion cracking.
