Activate Your Account

1. Login information: customer who successfully registered HKBN Home service will receive an activation email with first-time login information
   
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Create user name and select profile picture
4. Select your home Location
5. Create new password
6. Start to experience your smart life

Add Device

Wi-Fi requirement

• Currently all smart devices are compatible with 2.4GHz network only Please make sure that your device and mobile are connected with 2.4GHz but not 5GHz
• If you have 5GHz network and by using the same network name (SSID) as the 2.4GHz network, please temporarily turn off the 5GHz network first before adding de vice.

1. Tab “Device” on the bottom menu
2. Tab “Add Device” button
3. Select the device category from the left menu
4. Follow the pairing instructions on screen
