- Pregnant or physically injured persons should consult a doctor before use.
- Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage health.

General Safety Precautions
- Report any damage immediately after delivery and before use/installation.
- Use only suitable tools for assembly.
- Installation must be carried out ONLY by adults. Keep children away from the assembly area.
- Ensure all connections are securely mounted before use.
- Regularly check connections for damage, loose elements, or security issues.
- Do not leave children unattended on the equipment. It is not a toy. Instruct children not to play with or climb on it.
- In case of a fault, lock the equipment to prevent injury.
- Persons with limited physical or mental abilities, or those unfamiliar with the device, should not use it.
- This manual and warnings highlight potential hazards; use logic and care.
- Always warm up with stretching exercises before using the equipment.
- Check that nuts and bolts are securely tightened before use.
- Use the equipment on a solid, flat surface with a protective cover.
- Maintain safety by regular examination for damage/wear. STOP use if defective components or unusual sounds are detected until resolved.
- Wear suitable clothing; avoid loose clothing that could get caught.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Regularly examine the equipment for damage or wear. Maintain safety by checking ropes, pulleys, and connection points.
- Periodically lubricate moving parts with light oil to prevent premature wear.
- Inspect and tighten all parts before use. Replace defective components immediately or keep the equipment out of use until repaired. Pay attention to wear-prone components.
- Clean the equipment with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.

Stretching Exercises
Perform warm-up exercises for 5-10 minutes before your workout. Follow these stretching exercises, performing each five times, holding for 10 seconds per leg, and repeating after your main exercise session.
1. Down Stretch
Bend knees slightly and body slowly. Relax your back and shoulders. Try to touch your toes. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
2. Hamstring Stretch
Sit on a clean cushion. Bend your left foot and place it against the inner thigh of your right foot. Try to touch your toes. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat for each foot 3 times.
3. Calf and Foot Stretching
Stand with hands on a wall or tree, one foot behind. Keep the back foot's heel on the floor. Tilt towards the wall or tree. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat for each foot 3 times.
4. Quadriceps Stretch
Place right hand on a wall or desk for balance. Grasp left ankle with your left hand and pull your foot towards your buttocks. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat for each foot 3 times.
5. Groin Stretch
Sit with knees flexed and soles of feet together. Hold your ankles and bend at your hips. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
