This manual will help you install, operate, and maintain your system effectively.
Product Overview
The RO-50 is a 3-stage under-sink reverse osmosis system designed for residential use. It provides clean drinking water through a multi-stage filtration process:
- Stage 1: Carbon Block Pre-Filter
- Stage 2: Carbon Block Post-Filter
- Stage 3: TFC Reverse Osmosis Membrane

Installation Instructions
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable Wrench
- Phillips Screwdriver
- Drill (if mounting faucet)
If you’re unsure about installation, we recommend hiring a licensed plumber.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Choose a Location
Under the kitchen sink is ideal. Ensure space for the filter unit and tank. - Install the Faucet
o Drill a ½” hole in your sink or countertop.
o Insert faucet, tighten nut, and connect blue tubing to faucet base. - Connect Feed Water Valve
o Turn off cold water line.
o Install feed water adapter between shut-off valve and cold water line.
o Connect red tubing from adapter to system inlet. - Install Drain Clamp
o Position on vertical sink drain pipe.
o Drill a ¼” hole in the pipe at marked spot.
o Attach clamp and connect black tubing from system. - Mount the RO System
o Place system upright.
o Use screws if wall mounting. - Connect Storage Tank
o Wrap Teflon tape on tank stem.
o Screw on tank valve.
o Connect white tubing from system to tank valve. - Check Connections
o Ensure all tubing is secure and color-coded correctly.
o Slowly turn on water supply. - Flush the System
o Allow the tank to fill (~2–3 hours).
o Open RO faucet and let water run for 10–15 minutes.
o Repeat this flush process twice before using.
System Operation
Once installed, the RO-50 operates automatically. When the tank is full, the system shuts off until water is drawn from the faucet. Expect ~50 GPD output, depending on water pressure and temperature.
Maintenance & Filter Replacement
Recommended Filter Change Schedule:
Tip: Use the included housing wrench to remove filters easily.
Sanitizing the System (Annually Recommended):
- Shut off water supply and tank valve.
- Remove filters and RO membrane.
- Add 1–2 tbsp of unscented bleach to Stage 1 housing.
- Reassemble and flush system (without filters) for 15–20 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly and reinstall filters.

Warranty & Support
The H2O to GO RO-50 system comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Filters are not covered under warranty.
