If you turn off all notifications, you’ll still get important messages about your service. For example, we’ll let you know about order-related updates, issues with your account, or an overdue payment.

1. Open the Google Fi app .
2. In the “Account” tab, scroll down to “Account Settings.”
3. Select Notifications.
4. Select the notifications you want to receive.

Turn alerts on or off

Android:

1. On your Android device, open Settings .
2. Tap Apps & notifications Advanced  Wireless emergency alerts.
3. Select the alerts you want to receive.

iOS:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings.
2. Tap Notifications.
3. Scroll down to “Government alerts.”
4. Select the alerts you want to receive.
