Product Usage Instructions
Enclosure Mounting
- Remove 2 screws attaching the front cover to the base and lift off the front cover.
- Ensure the main switch is in the OFF position and no fuse is fitted in the fuse holder.
- Remove appropriate knockouts with a punch while maintaining IP rating and fire containment.
- Fix the base to the wall using 3 screws for SF0100 or 4 screws for SF0100T2, and remove any debris from inside the enclosure.
Connection of Tails
- Route SUPPLY(IN) and LOAD(OUT) cables to the desired positions as per the connection diagram.
- Cut and dress the SUPPLY cables and earth conductor, route L and N through the tail clamp fixed to regulations for Electrical Installations (BS 7671).

Technical information

- Total load must not exceed the rating of the incoming isolator or any additional limitation.

Connection diagram
Enclosure Mounting
- Remove 2 screws which attach front cover to base and lift off front cover.
- Ensure main switch is in the OFF position and that NO fuse is fitted in the fuse holder.
- Remove minimum appropriate knockouts with a punch. In order to maintain the IP rating and fire containment of the enclosure we recommend glands are used.
- Fix base to wall using 3 (SF0100) or 4 screws (SF0100T2) and rawl plugs as appropriate and remove any debris from inside the enclosure.
Connection of Tails
- Route SUPPLY(IN) and LOAD(OUT) cables to the desired positions (see connection diagram above).
- Cut and dress the SUPPLY cables and earth conductor and route L and N through the tail clamp, fixed to the base of the enclosure with 2 screws, above the incomer.
- Connect into the appropriate terminals L & N on main switch and earth into the terminal bar and torque all connections. 3d Connect L load cable to top terminal of fuse holder (LOUT), and N load (NOUT).
- Tighten tail clamp once the connections have been made into the main switch.
- An earth cable is supplied in the accessory pack which must be fitted between the front cover and the earth terminal bar. 3g Refit front cover and select and fit correct fuse into the fuse holder for the installation –63A, 80A or 100A gG fuses supplied. Before fitting the front cover, check all connections including factory made connections are TORQUED.
Loose connections can cause fires!!!!
Testing
4a After completion of the installation, it must be tested in accordance with the latest edition of the IET Wiring Regulations for Electrical Installations (BS 7671).
