Operation

Connect the appliance to a suitable power source using the provided 10 amp, 3 pin plug.
Adjust the temperature settings to achieve the recommended core product temperature.

Load the product onto the two tiltable, height-adjustable stainless steel wire rack shelves for maximum display capacity.
