Product Usage Instructions
Installation:
1. Ensure the vehicle is compatible with the product based on
the specifications mentioned.
2. Install the necessary components including the RF Kit and
Hood Pin (mandatory).
3. Program bypass options as per the vehicle’s requirements.
4. Connect the module following the provided wiring diagram.
5. For firmware updates and additional options, use the Flash
Link Updater or Flash Link Mobile tool.
Remote Start:
1. Make sure the key is not inside the car when remote
starting.
2. Start the vehicle by pressing the lock button on the OEM
remote 3 times consecutively or using a smartphone.
3. Turn on the safety switch located under the dashboard before
initiating any remote start operations.
Diagnostics:
1. Monitor the module status through the red LED indicator,
where x3 flash indicates no tach signal and x4 flash indicates
ignition.
FAQ
Q: What should I do if the vehicle can be remote started with
the hood open?
A: Set function A11 to OFF to prevent remote starting with the
hood open.
Q: Can I use the OEM remote control for remote start?
A: The 3x LOCK remote start function with the OEM remote control
is not recommended as it may interfere with the original remote’s
functionality while the engine is running.
