This design eliminates the need for frequent blade changes, streamlining your work process. When cutting mild steel, the saw produces minimal heat, no burrs, and virtually no sparks, resulting in clean, cool-to-touch cuts that are immediately workable.

Before beginning any setup or assembly, ensure the saw is unplugged from the power source to prevent accidental startup.

Blade Installation/Removal:

3. Use the provided blade wrench to loosen the blade bolt by turning it clockwise (for standard blades, check blade rotation arrow).
4. Lift the lower blade guard and remove the outer flange and blade.
5. Install the new blade, ensuring the rotation arrow on the blade matches the arrow on the saw's guard.
6. Replace the outer flange and tighten the blade bolt counter-clockwise with the wrench while holding the spindle lock.

Adjusting the Parallel Edge Guide:

The parallel edge guide helps maintain straight cuts. Insert the guide into the slot on the front of the saw base and secure it at the desired width using the locking screw.

Connecting Dust Extraction:

Attach the dust port adapter to the saw's dust outlet. Connect a suitable vacuum cleaner or dust extraction system to the adapter to minimize dust and debris during operation.

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves before operating the saw.

The cutting depth can be adjusted for different material thicknesses, up to 2-1/2 inches. Loosen the depth adjustment lever, move the base plate to the desired depth indicated on the scale, and then securely tighten the lever.

The saw allows for bevel cuts from 0° to 60°. Loosen the bevel adjustment knob, tilt the saw base to the desired angle on the bevel scale, and then securely tighten the knob.

3. Hold the saw firmly with both hands using the main handle and the auxiliary handle.

Cutting Different Materials:

• Puu: The saw is designed for clean and consistent smooth cutting in wood, even with embedded nails.
• Metalli: When cutting mild steel, the saw produces minimal heat, no burrs, and virtually no sparks. Ensure proper ventilation and wear a face shield in addition to eye protection due to hot metal chips.
• Muovit: The saw can cut various plastics. Adjust feed rate to prevent melting.

5. Huolto

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your circular saw. Always unplug the tool before performing any maintenance.
