This manual applies to 1007 series PVC insulated electronic wires, which are divided into two conductor specifications: solid copper conductor and stranded copper conductor.

Conductor Structure

• Conductor Material: Tinned copper
• Conductor Type 1: Solid Core Conductor – Single bare copper rod structure, compact structure, high tensile strength, suitable for fixed wiring scenarios with no frequent bending requirements.
• Conductor Type 2: Stranded Conductor – Multi-strand fine copper wire twisted structure, good flexibility, strong bending resistance, suitable for wiring scenarios with small space and frequent movable wiring.

Insulation Layer

• Insulation Material: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
• Rated Voltage: 300V
• Rated Temperature Range: -30°C to +80°C

Electrical Performance

1. Withstand Voltage Performance: Can withstand AC 1000V / 1min voltage withstand test without breakdown or flashover phenomenon.
2. Insulation Resistance: Under normal temperature and humidity conditions, the insulation resistance value meets standard requirements, effectively isolating current and ensuring circuit safety.
3. Flame Retardancy: Insulation layer has self-extinguishing performance, which will stop burning automatically after leaving the open fire, reducing the risk of circuit fire.
4. Stability: Stable electrical performance within the rated temperature range, no obvious performance attenuation under long-term normal operation.

Scope of Application

Suitable for internal wiring of household appliances, electronic equipment, office supplies, lighting fixtures, small power control circuits and conventional electronic instruments. Not applicable to high-temperature, strong corrosion, high-pressure mechanical extrusion and other harsh environments, nor for outdoor exposed wiring without protective measures.

Precautions for Use

1. Please confirm the conductor type (solid core / stranded) and AWG specification before use to match the wiring requirements of the equipment.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use beyond the rated voltage and rated temperature range, so as not to damage the insulation layer and cause circuit short circuit or leakage.
3. During wiring, avoid sharp pulling, bending and extrusion of the wire rod, and prevent the insulation layer from being scratched or damaged.
4. When stripping the insulation layer, do not damage the internal conductor, so as not to affect the conductivity and tensile strength of the wire.
5. Store the product in a dry, cool, ventilated environment, away from open fire, high temperature heat source and corrosive chemicals, and avoid direct sunlight for a long time.
6. This product is for fixed wiring or low-frequency movable wiring. For scenes requiring frequent high-frequency bending, please select stranded conductor specification products.

Packaging & Storage

• Standard Packaging: Coiled packaging according to conventional length (customizable length according to demand)
• Storage Conditions: Ambient temperature -15°C to +40°C, relative humidity ≤75%, no harmful gas, strong magnetic field and other factors affecting product performance.
