Main Functions
- Locate your item: Use the Apple® Find My™ network to securely locate compatible personal items on a map via the Find My app on iPhone®, iPad®, iPod touch®, or Mac®. Pair your product with the Find My app to view it alongside your Apple devices. In Lost Mode, you can display a message and contact information. The Find My network is encrypted and anonymous.
- Play Sound: Open the Find My app, tap the Items tab, tap your item, and then tap Play Sound. The device will beep to help you find it easily.
Quick Instructions
- Turn on the device: Press the center button to activate MiTag.
- Pair the device:
- Open the Find My app.
- Hold the device close to your iPhone, tap the Items tab, tap '+', and then 'Add Other Item'.
- Tap 'Connect'.
- Enter a name for your device and select an emoji.
- Tap 'Agree' to link the item to your Apple ID.
- Tap 'Finish'.
- Enable Lost Mode:
- Open the Find My app, tap the Items tab, and tap your item.
- Under Lost Mode, tap 'Enable'.
- Follow the instructions, tap 'Continue', and enter a phone number or email address.
- Confirm information, customize the lost message, and tap 'Activate'.
- Remove the device:
- Open the Find My app, tap the Items tab, and tap your item.
- Tap 'Remove Item' and then 'Remove'.
Note: After removing the device from the app, it will remain in standby for at least 6 months and can be reconnected directly at any time.
Button & Sound Description
- Power on: Single press (with short beep).
- Power off: Long press for 5 seconds (with 2 beeps).
- Reset: In power-on state, quickly press the button 5 times, then long press until a short beep is heard, then release. (On iOS, the item also needs to be removed).
- Remove Item: Press 'Remove Item' in the App (with short beep).
- Play Sound: Press 'Play Sound' in the App (with 13 beeps).
FAQ
- When can the device be located? The device can be located when it is separated from its owner for a period of time and detected by other Apple devices in the Find My network.
- How to confirm if the device is powered on? Press the center button. A beep indicates the device is powered on. If there is no response, try resetting the device, replacing the battery, or contacting customer support.
- How is the device designed to discourage unwanted tracking? If a Find My network accessory separated from its owner moves with you over time, you will be notified. iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches with iOS or iPadOS 14.5 or later will receive a notification. If you do not have an iOS device, a Find My network accessory that has been separated from its owner for a period of time will emit a sound when moved. These features are designed to prevent tracking without your knowledge.
- Why can't I find the device with Bluetooth connection? Try resetting the device by quickly pressing the button 5 times and then long-pressing until a beep is heard. Alternatively, replace the battery.
Battery
MiTag contains a button battery. Replace only with the same type (CR2032) and rating, observing correct polarity.
Replacement Battery:
- Disassemble the product by separating the upper and lower covers.
- Remove the old battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Reassemble the upper and lower covers and press to secure.

Safety and Handling
Handle MiTag with care. It contains sensitive electronic components and batteries. Avoid dropping, burning, puncturing, crushing, disassembling, or exposing it to excessive heat, liquid, or industrial chemicals. Do not use a damaged MiTag.
MiLi 2 Years Limited Warranty
Shenzhen Hali-Power Industrial Co., Ltd. (MiLi) warrants MiLi products against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date. If a defect arises within the warranty period, MiLi will, at its option:
- Repair the product free of charge.
- Exchange the product with a new one.
- Freight costs for returns will be shared: the customer bears the freight to the factory, and MiLi bears the freight to the customer. For out-of-service-range maintenance and repairs, the customer will bear all freight costs.
