Introduction
This document provides instructions for the Rowenta Compact Steam Pro steam generator iron, models DG7621xx, DG7623xx, DG7625xx, DG7644xx, DG7664xx. Please read the safety and usage instructions carefully before first use.

Getting Started and Operation
Water Tank: The water tank has a maximum capacity of 1.1 L.
Controls:
- ON/OFF Button: Powers the appliance on and off.
- TEMP Button: Selects the desired temperature setting (SYNTHETICS, WOOL, COTTON, LINEN).
- STEAM Button: Activates the steam function.
- BURST OF STEAM: Provides an extra burst of steam for stubborn wrinkles.
- CLICK ANTI-CALC: System for descaling and removing limescale.
- ECO Mode: Saves energy by reducing steam output.
- AUTO-OFF: Automatically turns off the appliance after a period of inactivity for safety.
Operation Steps:
- Fill the water tank.
- Connect the power cord.
- Turn on the appliance using the ON/OFF button.
- Select the desired temperature using the TEMP button. Wait for the indicator light to turn off, signaling the iron is ready.
- Press the STEAM button for continuous steam or the BURST OF STEAM button for extra steam.
- Use the ECO mode for energy saving.
- The AUTO-OFF function will activate if the iron is left idle.
Maintenance and Care
Anti-Calc System:
- Regularly use the CLICK ANTI-CALC system to remove limescale and prolong the life of your iron.
- Follow the instructions for the anti-calc collector (indicated in diagrams).
Emptying the Boiler:
- After use, turn off and unplug the iron.
- Allow the appliance to cool down completely.
- Empty the boiler using the anti-calc collector.
Storage:
- Store the iron in a cool, dry place.
- Ensure the cord is wrapped neatly.
Safety Precautions
General Safety:
- Always unplug the iron when not in use, before filling or emptying the water tank, and before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the iron in water or any other liquid.
- Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces.
- Do not use the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, unless supervised.
- Keep out of reach of children.
During Use:
- Never leave the iron unattended while it is connected to the power supply.
- The soleplate and steam output areas can be very hot. Avoid touching them.
- Use the iron on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
