- Remove the steam cord from its housing (fig. 12-13).
- Plug the station into a 120-volt electric outlet (fig. 14).
Using Your Steam Station
4. Switching on your steam station:
- Press the ON/OFF button (fig. 15). The ON button will flash.
- The electric pump may make noise during startup and use, which is normal.
- The station and iron are ready when the ON button light is steady and the iron light is off.
Initial use may produce harmless fumes or particles, which will disappear quickly.
5. Using your steam station:
- Set the iron's temperature control dial (fig. 16) according to the fabric type (see table below).
- The iron temperature control light turns on. The iron is ready when this light goes off and the green indicator on the control panel is steady.
- If increasing temperature, you can start ironing immediately.
- During ironing, the iron indicator light cycles on and off as needed.
- To produce steam, press and hold the steam trigger under the iron handle (fig. 18). Steam stops when released.
- Spray starch on the reverse side of the fabric.
- Steam boost: Press the trigger 3 times consecutively for automatic steam shots (fig. 21).

Temperature Control Table:
TYPE OF FABRIC | SETTING TEMPERATURE |
---|---|
SYNTHETICS (Polyester, Acetate, Acrylic, Polyamide) | • |
SILK / WOOL | •• |
COTTON / LINEN | ••• |
Recommendations:
- To prime the steam circuit, press the steam trigger several times away from clothes.
- Start ironing with fabrics requiring lower temperatures and progress to higher ones.
- For mixed fabrics, use the setting for the most delicate fiber.
- For delicate fabrics (•), use the steam trigger intermittently to avoid water droplets. Setting the thermostat to "min" will prevent the iron from heating.
- During breaks, do not place the iron on a metal rest plate; use the unit's built-in rest plate.
ECO Mode:
- This mode uses less power while ensuring sufficient steam output.
- After setting the thermostat, press the ECO button on the control panel.
- It can be used on all fabrics, but for very thick or creased fabrics, deactivate ECO mode (press MAX button) for optimal results.
6. Vertical steam ironing:
- Set iron temperature to maximum.
- Hang garment on a hanger, tauten fabric.
- Press steam trigger intermittently (fig. 18) and move iron from top to bottom (fig. 19).
- Useful for removing creases from delicate fabrics without direct contact or refreshing clothes.
- Caution: Steam is hot; keep iron away from fabric (fig. 23).
7. Dry ironing:
- Do not press the steam trigger.
8. Fill the water tank again:
- When there is no more steam and the "Water tank empty" light flashes (fig. 20), the tank is empty.
- Press ON/OFF, unplug, fill the tank (fig. 8-9-10-11), plug in, press ON/OFF, then press the Restart button. The red light will turn off.
9. Storing the steam station:
- Turn off and unplug. Lock the iron onto the base unit (fig. 4). Wrap and secure the cord.
- Allow the station to cool for at least one hour before storing in a confined space.
10. AUTO-OFF System:
- The system activates automatically after approximately 8 minutes of inactivity. The "ON-OFF" button flashes to indicate standby (fig. 34).
- To reactivate, press the "ON-OFF" button (fig. 35). Wait for the ON button light to stabilize.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Do not use cleaning or descaling products on the soleplate or base unit. Never immerse the iron or base unit in water.
11. Cleaning the station:
- Soleplate: Clean the cool soleplate with a damp cloth or a non-abrasive sponge.
- Base unit: Occasionally clean plastic parts with a soft cloth.
12. Easy descaling of your steam station:
- Do not use vinegar or industrial descaling products, as they can damage the collector.
- Always let the station cool for at least 2 hours before emptying to avoid burns.
- Scale Collector: Your station has a built-in collector that automatically removes scale.
- An orange "Anti-Calc" light (fig. 24) will flash when the collector needs rinsing.
- Operation: Once cooled and unplugged for at least 2 hours, place near a sink. Unscrew the collector completely (fig. 26-27). Rinse it under running water to remove scale (fig. 28). Re-screw it tightly (fig. 29-30). Press the "Restart" button to turn off the "Anti-Calc" light.
- Twice a year rinsing: Rinse the boiler every 6 months or 25 uses. Ensure the station is cool and unplugged (2+ hours). Place on sink edge, unscrew collector, fill boiler with 1/4 litre tap water, shake, and empty (fig. 39-46). Re-screw collector tightly. The station will not function without the collector. Regular descaling maintains steam performance.
