Only charge your recorder using the provided USB data cable. Ensure the power switch is completely turned off before connecting it to a computer or charger to avoid recording errors or file loss. The indicator light will usually flash red while charging and stay solid blue when fully charged.
If your computer doesn't recognize the recorder, ensure the device's power switch is turned to the 'OFF' position before connecting. Additionally, if using a desktop, plug the USB directly into the back port of the motherboard, as front ports may have an unstable power supply. Always use the original data cable.
Connect the recorder to your computer, open the recorder's disk folder, and double-click the 'SET DISK TIME.exe' file to synchronize your computer's time to the device.
