3.2 Instalación física
The IGS-801M can be installed on a standard DIN-rail or mounted on a wall. Ensure the installation location is well-ventilated and within the specified operating temperature range.
- Montaje en riel DIN: Attach the DIN-rail clip to the rear of the switch. Hook the top of the clip onto the DIN-rail and push the bottom until it snaps into place.

The IGS-801M supports redundant DC power inputs. Connect your power source(s) to the terminal block connector located on the top of the switch. - Insert one end of the Ethernet cable into an available port on the IGS-801M.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your network device.
- The corresponding LNK/ACT LED for that port will illuminate when a valid link is established and blink to indicate activity.
