Unpacking & Setup
WARNING
⚠️ Unpalletizing requires lifting. Two or more personnel should move the machine. Failure to do so may result in severe injury or damage.
Unpalletize Machine:
- Remove all sides and cover of the shipping box by unfolding tabs using a flat-head screwdriver and hammer if needed.
- Remove plastic wrapping from the machine.
- Carefully remove both side panels using a Phillips-head electric screwdriver to avoid scratching or denting.
- Remove the two stabilizing bolts securing the machine to the shipping pallet/box using a #12 wrench and #12 ratchet.
- Reattach both side panels using the Phillips-head electric screwdriver.
- Prepare the area where the machine will be placed.
- Place the machine in its final location according to Installation Requirements.
CAUTION
❗ The machine is designed for ambient temperatures of 60-75°F. Higher temperatures may result in less than optimal performance.
Prior to Operating
ATTENTION
- Do not run the machine without mixed liquid; this will damage it.
- Ensure sugar content is over 13% to prevent damage to parts.
- Turn off the refrigeration switch when slush ice is ready. A “click” sound indicates the solenoid valve has registered thick ice.
- If liquid remains in the bowl overnight, a crust of ice may form. Remove this crust before turning the machine on to prevent damage.
- This appliance is not intended for use by children or individuals lacking experience or knowledge of these machines, unless they have read this manual.
- Children must be supervised and not allowed to play with the appliance.
WARNING: Fill with potable water only.
- ⚠️ For safety, ensure the machine is well-grounded.
- If the wire is damaged, it must be replaced by a technician.

- (5) Frequency: 50±1Hz or 60±1Hz
Placement: The machine must be on a level stand with at least 12 inches of space around it to prevent overheating. Keep the machine away from heat-generating appliances and direct sunlight.
Electrical Connection: Ensure the electrical supply matches the machine's rating on the technical data plate. Plug into a grounded socket or GFCI outlet.
- (1) Do not use multiple plugs to avoid overload. Plug into a 115 Volt Standard (U.S.A. NEMA 5-15) socket.

Operating Instructions
The sugar content of the mixed liquid must be more than 13% to prevent damage to the beater and gear motor.
If the liquid level is below the middle of the beater, refill the bowl. Failure to do so may result in a consistency that is too thick, potentially damaging parts. Remember to turn off the machine before refilling.
⚠️ NEVER FREEZE WITH ONLY WATER!
Pure ice will break the machine.
