Installation Instructions
Step 1: Positioning and Visual Check
Place the anchor channel with pre-installed anchors. Perform a visual check ⚠️.
Step 2: Securing and Model Selection
Secure the anchor channel. Observe safety guidelines: wear safety glasses ?, wear gloves ?, wear ear protection ?. Ensure correct installation ✔️. Do not use hammer ??.

Step 3: Prohibited Actions
Prohibited actions include cutting ?✂️, bending ??, and other modifications ??.
Step 4a: Cutting the Anchor Channel
Cut the anchor channel using a saw. Ensure a minimum of 2 cuts (min. 2x).
Step 4b: Inserting into Formwork
Insert the anchor channel into the formwork.
Step 4c: Securing in Formwork
Secure the anchor channel within the formwork using wire ties.
Step 4d: Placement on Surface
Position the anchor channel on the prepared surface, potentially with additional reinforcement.
Step 5: Positioning Multiple Channels
Position multiple anchor channels and fix them with anchors. Use a tool for adjustment ?.
Step 6: Marking the Surface
Mark the concrete surface at the required position. Do not place directly on the surface without proper preparation ?.
Step 7: Installation into Concrete
Install the anchor channel into the concrete. Observe warnings regarding moisture or adverse weather conditions ⚠️. Ensure correct alignment ↑. Refer to label '7' for details.
Step 8: Inserting Profiles
Insert compatible profiles into the anchor channel. Ensure correct insertion ✔️. Avoid incorrect insertion ?.
Step 9: Final Securing/Adjustment
Secure or adjust the anchor channel using the appropriate tool.
