Installation Guide

Follow these steps for installation. Refer to diagrams for visual guidance.

Ceiling Mounting (Standard Applications)

Standard ceiling mounting procedures apply.

Wall Mounting

For wall mounting applications in vertical and/or horizontal positions, a special set of screws and nuts (WT470Z SCREW-VP SET) is required.

Mounting and Wiring

Prepare mounting points.
Attach the mounting bracket using screws and nuts.
Connect the gear-tray and connector bracket. Use the closing springs.
Route cables under the spring mechanism.
Electrical connection:
Use appropriate cable glands (M20 or M25).
For M20, clamping range with outer gasket is Ø10-14mm.
For less than 7 wires (M20): min. Ø7 mm, max. Ø14 mm cable.
For 7 wires (M25): min. Ø11 mm, max. Ø17 mm cable.
For TW - Ø1,5 wires: Min. 3 x 0.75 mm², Max. 3 x 2.5 mm². Ensure 150 mm of cable is available inside.

Maintenance Instructions

To ensure optimal lighting quality and longevity, follow these maintenance guidelines:

Do not touch electronic components! They are under high voltage and are Electrostatic Sensitive Devices (ESD). ⚡
During installation or maintenance, use static-free gloves ? to avoid marks on the luminaire.
To remove dirt and spots: Use micro-fiber cloths ? for dust. Use a cleaner for synthetic materials with antistatic properties for fingerprints ?️.
Do not stare into the LED light beam. ?
Remove protective foil from optical parts after installation to avoid scratches ? and dirt.
The luminaire shall be installed by a qualified electrician ✔️ and wired in accordance with the latest IEE electrical regulations or national requirements.
Do not touch neither the LEDs nor the contacts into the connector. Install optical plates carefully to protect the boards.
Driver insulation: Basic, according to IEC 61847-1.

Bolts with indication of torque strength on the drawing need to be tightened using a calibrated torque wrench. Pre-assembled bolts need to be retightened to the required torque specification to assure maximum strength over lifetime.

The light source, control gear, and/or external flexible cable contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer, their service agent, or a similarly qualified person.
