Installation

Configuration

Rule Settings

• Store Views: Select specific store views to send reminders (e.g., Main Store, French Store).
• Customer Groups: Choose customer groups to target (e.g., General, Wholesale).

• Cart Conditions: Set conditions based on cart details (e.g., total order value or specific SKUs).

Advanced Settings

• Debug Mode: Select Yes to enable logs in var/log/elsner_reviewreminder.log for troubleshooting.
• Cron Job: Ensure Magento cron is configured to automate reminder emails.
• Cancel Reminders: Enable automatic cancellation of reminders if a customer has already submitted a review for the product.
• Save: Click Save Config and refresh caches in System > Cache Management.
