Installation & Setup
- Unbox & Insert Batteries
- Open the battery compartment underneath.
- Insert 4 × AAA batteries, matching the +/– polarity.
- Place the scale on a hard, flat, dry surface — not on carpet
- Install the App & Activate Bluetooth
- Scan the QR code or search for “Fitdays” (Android/iOS)
- Install the app, enable Bluetooth on your phone (iOS ≥ 8.0 or Android ≥ 6.0), and register an account.
- Pair the Scale
- After launching the app, add the device and followthe on‑screen pairing steps while Bluetooth is on
- Calibrate the Scale
- Place it on a level surface.
- Step on with one foot until numbers appear, then step off scale will self-calibrate and return to “0.0”
FAQs
Q1: How do I take a measurement?
- Tap lightly or step on to power it up → wait for “0.0” → step on with bare, dry feet.
- The scale locks weight, then measures heart rate and sends full readings (body fat, BMI, muscle, etc.) to the app.
Q2: Why only weight and BMI sometimes? The weight/BMI display works with socks.
- To get complete body composition, ensure you’re barefoot and feet + sensors are dry.
Q3: Measurement limitations?
- Weight range: 6 kg to 180 kg (13–400 lb)
- Children under 6 years: weight only; under 10 years: weight + BMI only.
- Not recommended for pregnant women or users with pacemakers
